Do not take your kids here if they have a broken Bone or anything of the sorts they just take your money and give you pain medication literally and recommend you go somewhere else after leaving with a nice fat bill to pay staff was good but they really didn't do anything

Absolutely the worst hospital of you want to call it that in the world!! Unkind unprofessional and definitely incompetent. If you have a choice go anywhere but here, you honestly would be better off going to Walgreens for emergency treatment...

ER in morning sent home could find nothing . Next day Dr office sent over direct admit. Torn ligament in hip, and all of a sudden heart problems. Felt they over medicated. Wish we could get decent medical care, you won’t get it here. Staff overly friendly because you have to put icing on a cake. I really don’t ever want to return for any reason.

This place hasn't changed. 2nd floor nurse, Raquel, fell down on the job. Now Jen can't get mom's doctor to answer the phone after hours. Second day mom is without her meds!!!!

Worst hospital for nurse care. Shay, is a one of the worst Had to call the charge nurse to get my meds which were 5 hous late. MIMI COMES IN AFTER Shay. Julie S comes in after Mimi. Blown veins no excuse for this treatment. I would never ever be admitted to this horrible faculty ever again.
I must say NURSE KENNEDY, NURSE TRUMAN AND MORGAN WERE THE ONLY STAFF THAT ARE ON THEIR GAME AND REALLY CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS. THANK YOU 3 if I didn’t have ya 3 when I first were admitted I woulded left AMA

I checked in at the ER around 2pm… it is 7:25pm and I’m leaving the ER. The er had two ppl in the waiting room. When entering the ER the nurse took my virals, no fever at this time. You could hear me whizzing as I breath. I’m coughing so hard I am throwing up. I have diarrhea, coughing, aches, chest hurts. When the nurse took me to my holding room… no bed just recliners, she did a flu and COVID swab. At 5:40 pm she came back in the room and to redo the COVID test because the lad ran it as strep throat instead of COVID. On my charts it clearly reads NO ALBUTEROL, what is the very first medication that so called dr prescribes for me… ALBUTEROL. Glad I was coherent enough to say, I can’t have ALBUTEROL. So the nurse goes and checks with the doctor and he says oh, just use a humidifier.
Next time I’ll go to the Methodist ER here in old Magnolia. Wonder what would the hospital say if I sent them a bill for five hours of my time sitting in a room with recliners? And not one single person checked on me the whole time I was sitting in that room.
