I walked into the emergency walk in and was helped immedinatly! Nurse Flor was super helpful and nice as well as Nurse Mykyl! Both super funny, helped lifted my spirits, helped in any and every possible for the worst tummy ache of my life. First time in Houston and unfortunately was in the hospital but still got to meet the people. Totally recommend

I had surgery at Townsen Memorial today, and I can honestly say it was the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how beautiful, spacious, and comfortable the facility was.

Every staff member treated me like family and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They eased my anxiety from start to finish and made what could have been a stressful day feel calm and reassuring.

I work in healthcare myself and have also been a patient many times in the past, so I know exceptional care when I experience it. The care I received here was truly outstanding. You can tell the staff genuinely enjoy being there and that their patients always come first.

Thank you to everyone at Townsen for such an amazing experience.

I recently had an outpatient procedure done at Townsen Memorial Hospital - Humble by Dr. Masaki Oishi, and I can honestly say it was the best hospital experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, every single person I encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful, the nurses and assistants (entire team) were attentive and compassionate, and the anesthesiologist made me feel completely comfortable and at ease before the procedure. Dr. Oishi was absolutely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Everything was explained clearly, and the entire procedure went smoothly.

I was also very impressed by how clean and well-maintained the facility was. You can tell the staff takes pride in providing excellent care and creating a positive environment for patients.

Thank you to everyone at Townsen Memorial Hospital - Humble for making what could have been a stressful experience feel easy, comfortable, and well cared for. I truly appreciate the outstanding care I received and highly recommend this team and facility.

I had a great experience at the clinic. Sofía was extremely professional, courteous, and welcoming throughout the visit. The clinic itself was very clean and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful. Overall, the staff provided excellent customer service, and I highly recommend this clinic.

The service I received there was good, but
“The service I received in the CAFE; from KARINA and LISA was exceptional. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I was feeling some anxiety about my upcoming surgery, they didn’t know that I was feeling nervous yet they seemed to pick up on what I needed to make me feel better. In the time that it took for them to fix my food they also fixed my nervousness. Excellent Food and MOST EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I’ll come back every time I come to the hospital!!! Thanks Karina and Lisa , you guys “ROCK!!!”

I’m really pleased with my service here I came in on a Friday after a car accident around 6/7 and they immediately got me checked in and in a room, less than a hour the Dr was in the room and imaging was done most importantly the staff are the sweetest from the front desk to the imaging department 10/10 experience !

SO CLEAN! U COULD EAT OFF THE FLOORS!
GREAT SMALL KITCHEN!
THEY WILL COOK YOUR FOOD FRESH!
MY FAMILY MEMBER
WAS HAVING AN OUTOAITENT PROCEDURE. IT WAS SMALL ENOUGH TO GET IT DONE AND CLOSE TO NORTH END OF HOUSTON.
