Today I had a small procedure done at this location. From the time I stepped inside, I was treated like royalty. From the ladies at the from desks to the nurses that prepped me for surgery, they all went over and above to make me feel safe and comfortable. I also must acknowledge the anesthesiologist. He was amazing. Thanks for this wonderful experience. Y’all are awesome. I was at Townsen -West

I was referred by Angie to Townsen Memorial Imaging in Humble, which is not only convenient, efficient, and clean, but also very organized and professional. I had an MRI done there and my report was ready the very next day. They also made sure I received the disc for my orthopedic surgeon, which helped facilitate my surgery without delays. The entire process was smooth, and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommend!

I went there today, Friday, February 20. Had a breakfast taco told them I didn’t eat meat so the ladies offered me a potato egg and cheese taco and when she told me it was gonna be the best taco I ever had She was not lying. It was so delicious hot and fresh. I wish I lived Or worked close cause this little cafe is truly a hidden gem the ladies Made you so welcomed there like we had been friends for years great jobs, Miss Lisa and Karina❤️

Had a procedure done on 1/20/26 and everyone there was more than wonderful. Everything was explained very well, I was taken care of very well and they came out and reassured my wife during the procedure and afterwards as well. Couldn't have been taken care of any better than everyone at Townsen.

I'm Vanessa Moore Callis I lumbar spinal fusion I had surgery 11/6/2025 around 8 am at Townsen Memorial hospital in Humble Texas the Doctor Barkoh ,Kaku was my surgeon he did A+ 5star rating job I got out at 10 am on Friday the 7th he said a prayer 🤲🙏 the surgery would go well and it did .And everyone who did something for me the anesthesia guy , the nurses Mrs .Shana, Mrs.Shera ,Mrs.Annette.Yhe nurse who preped me for surgery and the guy who did my medicines in the IV s everyone deserves a 5star rating they were the most polite , courteous,friendly staff of people who ever waited on me oh my God excellent 👍 service

Who looks this good after a major neck surgery💕 I can't give this facility and staff enough stars. From Selena in the pre admissions dept to My Christ Like Phy Dr Berliner to the person who's gonna n charge of the menu. I felt like a celebrity. My family was treated as well as I was. This is what healthcare was meant to be. Not that I ever want to go thru this again but as a former healthcare employee, Townsen Memorial is certainly a top10 and would have my business. Keep up the great work guys💕
