Where do I start! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming and respectful! Santos was our salesperson and he was amazing! He told us when we got there that we were leaving with something, and we did. He did everything he could to make sure we got a great deal and left with a nice ride. The wait was fair, and Santos kept us updated every step of the way , which really helped! I also noticed an issue with one of the tires, and he personally went to the tire shop to get us a brand new one! His customer service and willingness to go above and beyond was awesome, it was truly nothing we’ve experienced before .
Ernesto and Manny sold me a 2023 Tesla. Top of the line car. Excellent and Exceptional customer service. These guys tag team amongst each other and I received the best deal ever. I’m here to spread the word. The best place to get an exclusive deal is here at TSW FINANCIAL.
Would not recommend anybody coming to this car dealership at all. Car was having problems from the moment it was picked it up, didn’t have a spare or airbag, the car wasn’t cleaned. Had a flat tire the day it was driven off the lot.The only explanation KJ Johnson could give is you should have brought it back when we was assured they spent days getting the car ready. I tried to bring it in to get it looked at and was given the run around for 4 days by KJ Johnson. If you do decide to come to this dealership i recommend not doing any business with KJ Johnson he’s a shady guy and do not fulfill any of his promises or responsibilities he tries to put it all on the customer when he’s the one being incompetent. KJ Johnson also dodge your calls unless it’s time for him to collect money then he will blow your phone all day, but if you need help he won’t answer the phone.

The vehicle purchased, a 2016 Mercedes-Benz C450 AMG, is designed by the manufacturer without a spare tire and instead comes equipped with an air pump/inflation kit. At no point were airbags missing from the vehicle, as stated in the review. We were recently made aware that the air pump was not present, and we had already committed to ordering that item for you.<br><br>Regarding the flat tire, this concern was not reported to our management team at the time of delivery or shortly thereafter. We were first notified approximately three weeks after the purchase, which limited our ability to address the issue immediately.<br><br>As for the vehicle’s condition, we strive to have every vehicle fully detailed prior to delivery. In certain situations, such as late-evening deliveries or inclement weather, detailing may be delayed. If this was the case, we would have been more than happy to schedule a follow-up detail at your convenience.<br><br>We also want to address the communication concerns mentioned. Providing timely and professional service is extremely important to us, and we take this feedback seriously. Kj Johnson was my sales specialist he made sure all my paperwork was straight
He didn't stop until he had gotten a better deal especially for car that I wanted. I thank him for being honest, patience and his dedication to make sure his customers are satisfied and leave out happy. Recommend them hands down for who ever looking for a car!
I had a great experience working with Santos. He was incredibly fair and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. He took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and went to bat for me to get a price I was happy with. Highly recommend asking for him!
Ernesto was one of the best sells man I’ve met in years. He was also very patient, and his communication was above and beyond the best. The whole TSW team was amazing and polite and respectful. I have been looking for a vehicle for awhile now. Most of the time I'm turned down because of my credit but these guys actually did everything they could to work with me. Ask for Tim and tell him Larry bomb sent ya. Tim and Cowboy Fred are the dynamic duo. I applied online, they got me approved while I was still in Reno Nevada and I drove my beater truck 1,800 miles to trade it in. They gave me top dollar for my truck and delivered my new truck in better than advertised condition.
I told all my friends that the trip was worth the deal. The right truck at the right price with the best customer service I've ever had from any new or used car dealership.
