Was forced to use an agent by Allstate when I changed my homeowners insurance. Nice folks but I have asked them numerous times to stop sending me emails and calling to try and sell me more insurance. They apparently don’t know how to do that.

I can't say enough about how great my experience was with Shalonn and Juanita at the Hillburn Agency! I'd been with GEICO for many, many years and Juanita helped me understand what options I had (without pressuring me) and gave me every opportunity to have a discussion about my needs for my insurance policies. They were so good I didn't just move my auto, but even all my other insurance policies over to Allstate. Highly recommended whether you know everything about your insurance policies, or know nothing and want to know more. A+, five-star experience all around.

Worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor and just don't Add an accident 3 months ago not my fault another one of their customers kasi accident ran off and I still don't have my truck fixed

Wonderful agent. I was very unhappy with my previous Allstate agent so I switched to Lilla. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have also dealt with her son who also works at the agency. Great family business!

My wife works in the same building complex as this all state agency and i had to get transferred from my other agent to this location because they actually care about you here. Highly recommend
