I always get quick response to questions regarding my insurance coverage.
They have a great help with procuring insurance for my condo especially, both for my unit and for flood insurance coverage.
I have had auto insurance with them for many years and am extremely satisfied.
Jessica Blank was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Especially on auto,homeowners, and flood insurance. Thanks again to yall at Allstate Insurance.
Great friendly service. The agents listen and understand our insurance needs without trying to upscale more expensive policies. Best part is, I don’t have to wait on hold or deal with annoying automated phone systems when I want to talk to an agent. I would recommend this office to anyone.
The office staff are rude, unprofessional, and refuse to communicate effectively. I asked to speak to the broker directly and after the run around with Ernie I finally hung up. This office issued a policy then had me send photos of my home to have it approved. Allstate sent a notice of cancellation due to Crepe Myrtles, alleged shingle granular loss which my roofer said was BS, and alleged lifting shingles which my roofer also said was BS. When I tried to get the office staff to help Alismar was out of the office due to death in family which is understandable, but what’s not understandable is having no one cover for her. Jaime finally took over after a week of no response from Alismar and then after another week Jaime never responded either. Now I have to find another insurance policy in 2 days. Once I submitted a letter from my roofer saying the roof was in good condition for an 8 year old roof. Never heard back from Jaime until I finally reached out again. I got some guy named Ernie that just spoke in circles and provided no real answers. While on the phone with him Jaime finally calls to tell me they just decided not to reinstate the policy which is a lie bc what Ernie did say was that she knew about this a week ago. Do not waste your time with this company. SCAMMERS!!

Sending mail with the intention to trick people into opening it is wild. I literally have gotten 8 different All State mail spam in the last week. You should coordinate territories or something. Putting mail with a fake handwritten Send To, with no return address in the outside should be illegal. Learn how to do marketing.

I don't like to write reviews on insurance services as the only differential factor is the rating from a system and it calculates the rate that you qualify depending on you credit score and insurance history. The rate that I got from switching over from State Farm was very competitive. One of the big selling points to me was the follow up and constant guidance. Jose Manuel took his time and review each line item and made sure I didn't have any concerns and addressed every case scenario and how it would affect me or benefit me if I remove or added coverage. The attention to detail was great. I was being sold on coverage and not price. If you are the type of person that cares about price you will be in a world of a life of hurt as you may not have the adequate coverage just because you wanted to save a few pennies. Needless to say but I got my Home, Auto, Life and now I am considering buying an Umbrella. If you are thinking that I can afford all this because I got money or have a job in which I can afford all this insurance I can honestly tell you is no. I am an average Joe with a below average income. What I got from this experience is a lot of eye opening moments and the fact that no other agent took their time to educate me. All previous agents only care about my pocket and what they can get a quick sale. Call and ask for Jose or anyone in this agencies team. If Jose was this good with me I'm pretty sure their team will be the same if not even better.
