I must admit I was quite nervous to bring my car to the dealership for service. I haven't had the best experience with other Cadillac service centers in the past but let me tell you this experience far exceeded my expectations. They offer a luxury experience of picking up your vehicle and dropping it back off for you when service is complete, and when you are having car issues its nice to have a professional driving it for you. Second, the communication you receive from the office from the minute it is brought in is superb. I had the pleasure of dealing with Luis and Kaili throughout my cars service needs and they were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I really want to highlight the fact that my car when it for one specific reason and while they were diagnosing it, they did a free inspection with a video to check fluid levels, tire tread, brakes, filters, etc. The work was done quickly and efficiently. So, thank you. I will definitely bring my car back for any needs....but lets hope that I don't have to :)
