Do not take your loved one here! In like eight days, my grandmother was in their care. She significantly declined in every way. She came in fully cognitively aware, needing a little bit of assistance to stand and was a goal to eat and gain strength. By the time she left, she was cognitively gone hadn’t eaten in six days was severely dehydrated and had a UTI. The communication from doctors and management to the staff is unacceptably subpar. They continued to try to give her food that she cannot have like milk when she’s lactose intolerant caffeine when she can’t have it and ice and all of her drinks, even though we spoke to numerous people about this issue. The doctors would meet with us and tell us that they would be doing one thing like changing a medication that didn’t work or that she had a bad reaction to, and then the staff would come in and give her the same medication. The doctor had said they were gonna be stopping saying that they didn’t have any new orders. While in their care, they refuse to give IV hydration for six days. She had managed to pull out three IVs that they were using to draw blood, she had fallen out of bed, and the last night we were there, I found her with her legs stuck in the railings of the bed yelling for help. I learned that they had just shut her door instead of going into help her. I finally had enough when she asked to kill herself. I had her removed and transported to the hospital where they confirm that she was extremely malnourished dehydrated and definitely had a UTI. Please do not take your loved ones to this facility unless they are truly ready for full on physical therapy. While we were there, we witnessed the staff taking patients to the dining area what they would just leave them there, even though they are unable to feed themselves. If a patient wasn’t able to be attended to, they would wheel them out to the nurses station and leave them there for hours on end. Every patient we talk to while there complained about being ignored and abandoned. They are not capable of caring for someone who needs more attention than a patient who is able to feed themselves and stand on their own. Be aware and be careful when choosing the right facility. This one definitely is not it

I stayed at this location for 2 weeks following an accident and subsequent surgery. The PT and OT were very good and I highly recommend. Shout out to the following for compassion, professionalism, and encouragement for me along the way: Zoe, Tamico, Emmah, Anastasia, Nate, Emma, Ashley, Val, Desiree, Alicia, Faith, Dr. Ashanti (sp), Alex. However, if you find yourself uncomfortable with anyone, speak up because they will make a change. Stay vigilant on the medical side to ensure the meds given are correct. Ask for what you want and declare what you don’t want. Be your own advocate at all times.

My dad resided here for a little over 3 weeks post stroke. The therapy staff and therapy equipment is top notch. They are friendly and they care about their job and seeing individuals make progress. I wish we could have had more time here but our insurance had limitations. The case managers, therapists, doctors, nurses and liaison teams were always readily available to discuss the care plan and worked closely with us so we knew the next steps. If we ever had a questions or concern, it was addressed quickly and with solutions.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at any institution. Staff was friendly and caring as well as professional. Therapists allowed me to push myself as that was what I desired. I watched them with other patients be successful at the pace that each patient was comfortable. Several doctors visited me each day to check my progress.

They basically hold patients hostage and don’t allow them to communicate with caretakers. They ignore patients’ rights and neglect proper consent protocol. Beware of their false claims of encouraging caretaker involvement in patients’ recovery.

My husband, Richard was in Encompass twice. Once in January 2026 and May 2026. We were pleased with his progress during both visits.
