I stayed in the Encompass rehab hospital for ten days after my spine surgery. It was such a critical time for me to become more independent after the initial surgery before going home. Dr.Lin was meticulously monitoring my progress, reduced my pain medication gradually and steadily, as well as monitoring my abnormal sodium level and gave appropriate medication. He also gave me some long term suggestions on my particular condition. The staff and nurses were very friendly and supportive. When I was discharged from the Encompass, I was much more confident and more independent to go home.

Staff and facility were excellent. This ranged from the nurses and nurse assistant to the occupational and physical therapists. Very well treated and I am thankful for the compassionate support. Highly recommend Encompass!!

I had the best staff all day and over night. Every nurse, doctor, OT, PT, case manager, kitchen delivery, cleaning lady ...all where exceptional. I even enjoyed some of the food. The peach upside down cake was very moist. The staff helped me with my hip replacement surgery. Because of them I am walking better and can lift my leg a small fracture.

Incredible place. The staff actually enjoy their jobs. They have a team approach to getting patients back on their feet. I knew my 92 yr old father was safe and they were taking good care of him

Encompass is a great choice if you are looking for a physical rehab after the hospital for you or your loved one. They have great nurses and therapists, the facility is super clean, and they have all the safety measures you need to ensure you recover as fast as possible. My grandfather has been there twice and I would choose them everytime.

I was very sick with the sciatica. After almost 2 months suffering this painful sickness my insurance well point approved me to stay at encompass Health for rehabilitation. I was very happy there. Besides my pain everything was a dream. Their staff treats you like a family member. Very polite and understanding your pain. The therapies helped me to minimize my pain. I was feeling that I was at home. If you’re in pain due to any reason I recommend encompass for your therapies where you will be treated like a family.

My mom spent 10 days at the facility in Katy following at fall. The staff worked with her 89 year old body to help with improved mobility and worked with her to use her electric scooter better. We were very disappointed in the level of contact by the caseworker. The family was only contacted 2 times during the entire stay regarding how she was doing. I would choose them again, but will be more proactive on discussing the ongoing care.
