My service coordinator Angel is always on top of things. He's always polite, knowledgeable, and he and your mechanics work together like a fine oiled machine. I won't take my car anywhere else.

Absolutely amazing service department. Everyone was very nice. I took my car there for recall work and it was a flawless interaction from dropping my car off to the shuttle they offer to get you to work or home within 20 miles. Then picking up my car was super easy too, and it was in the exact condition as when I dropped it off to them. 10/10 recommend Gay Buick GMC Service!

Once again I received great service at Gay Buick while having my oil changed. The service advisors are always very friendly and knowledgeable. This time I came planning to work while I waited but forgot my laptop charger. They went out of their way to help me out and find one for me to borrow so I could work remotely while waiting. I appreciate them!

The service team at Gay Family GMC is the best that I have ever dealt with. They are extremely polite, expedient and efficient. They always welcome me by name when pulling up because they are watching for what vehicles are coming in for appointments. They get the job done right and my experience has been that they complete the job within the time frame they give you when signing in. Will definitely keep coming back!

From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and easy to work with. The associate clearly explained all service options and helped prioritize what needed immediate attention versus what could wait.

Angel, the service tech, was wonderful. He answered all my questions and he made me feel like he cared and I felt I could trust him. I took my 2021 Terrain in for the 60,000-mile service. All went well. This is my 2nd. Terrain I bought from Gay Family Auto. I recommend this dealership highly.
