I am grateful for the high level of service I consistlenty receive from Miguel Montes during my maintenance visits. He is kind, engaged, and professional in all his interactions. He communicates and listens extremely well and provides me with timely updates. Miguel takes the time to explain what the mechanic has found, and he offers possible options including the pros and cons. Miguel was busy when I first arrived for this visit. I was so impressed when Garrett greeted me promptly and started to record the details for the purpose of my visit. Miguel was free after a couple of minutes, and Garrett's hand-off to him was seamless -- EXCELLENT teamwork and wonderful customer service! These kind of experiences give me confidence in selecting Team Gilman for my service needs.

After two horrible experiences at other dealerships, working with Guillermo and Robert C was a breath of fresh air. They were upfront, transparent, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. I had an overall great experience with Gulman Acura. I knew what I wanted to test drive, they brought the vehicle up for me to see and drive. My salesman, Andy, was excellent and patient working with me. Although I was only going to see the vehicle in person after my husband found it online. I purchased the same day. There wasn't a lot of going back and forth and I appreciate that they respected my time. It still took a little bit, but not as long as it has taken in the past. I upgraded my vehicle!

Adding another positive review for the dealership and particularly the service of Gona, who went above and beyond to make this the simplest easiest car buying experience we’ve ever had.
