We had an amazing stay from start to finish! Jerry went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Patrick, the bartender, was outstanding friendly, attentive, and made some of the best drinks. Their exceptional service truly made our experience unforgettable. I highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip. You definitely won’t regret it!

We had to stay because of a canceled flight. We were grateful that they had a restaurant because we were all tired and stressed. The rooms were really clean and nice. The restaurant was pricey, but the service and food was good.

Customer service was outstanding. The A/C went out in my room and they promptly sent maintenance up, ultimately had to move rooms due to the unit being completely broken - the move was also smooth and prompt. Claude is an amazing concierge, made me feel very welcome and accommodated. The best part of my stay was the people. :) Not in a walkable area, be prepared to rent a car or Uber/Lyft.

I had a fantastic experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Houston! From the very start, the service was top-notch—the shuttle driver was excellent and made the trip seamless, while the front desk team was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable during check-in. The entire property looks great, especially the amazing gym and the kitchen area, which was spotless, beautifully presented, and filled with thoughtfully placed positive messages that really brightened the vibe. My room and the linens were perfectly clean, allowing me to get a completely restful night's sleep. To top it all off, I woke up refreshed and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. I had a truly great time here and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Houston!

I loved this hotel! The location is AMAZING!! It is so close to everything. The beds are super comfortable. It also has a nice gym for an affordable hotel. The breakfast is good!

I had an excellent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Houston/Bush Intercontinental Airport. From check-in to check-out, the service was truly outstanding and made my experience very comfortable and memorable. It was awesome, probably before of the staffers that attended to me all the time.
I would especially like to recognize Andrea, Alexa, and Chris at the Front Desk team for their exceptional professionalism, warm hospitality, and dedication to guests. Andrea was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a positive attitude. Alexa demonstrated great customer service skills, patience, and professionalism throughout my stay. Chris, who handled both Front Desk and Night Audit duties, went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and well managed, even during late hours.
Their teamwork, courtesy, and strong work ethics truly reflect the high standards of Hilton hospitality. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming, but it was the staff that made the biggest difference.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Houston, especially near Bush Intercontinental Airport. Thank you again to Andrea, Alexa, and Chris for making my stay exceptional. I really appreciate y'all.

Superior check-in by Andrea! She had a great smile and exceptional attitude. We enjoyed our hot and tasty hamburger and fries dinner at the restaurant with our free guest beer! Our shuttle service back to airport was excellent with driver, Miss Dee! She was extra special because she had to come back quickly to bring us a forgotten backpack!!!

Great location to the Toyota center and GRB- my room was clean and spacious- the service was amazing everyone was super friendly but Travis, his energy and personality unmatched every time we encounter him he always the same person especially 6 in the morning he just a ray of sunshine high energy fun personality! I will be returning I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Service was EXCEPTIONAL. We stayed for our Robotics Worlds tournament and stayed for 3 nights! Tyler helped us with every challenge we had with our booking and went above and beyond! Roderick also was at the desk for most of our stay and such a pleasure to serve us! Very accommodating! A decent little walk to George R Brown that wasn’t terrible! Lots of restaurants nearby! Thank you again for being stellar and we hope to stay next year!
