I just stopped by to ask about paintless dent repair.(PDR)
The young lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable, friendly, and HONEST. As a retired insurance agent, I have had a great deal of interaction with body shops. iCAR is the real deal. Since my wife and I retired to Houston, my car repair contacts were back in Central Texas.
I am glad to meet with a body shop who dealt with me honestly. Should I need paint and body car repairs,, iCAR is on the top of my list.
I have nothing but negative things to say about this place and it’s owners. My vehicle was towed here over a month ago and needed extensive repairs. However when my insurance adjuster wrote them a check for repairs they cashed it ordered a bunch of parts knowing it wasn’t going to be repaired. Of course the vehicle was totaled so they did no repairs. They want a ridiculous amount of money for doing nothing but tear down and seeing frame damage was extensive enough to be a total loss. They drag their feet knowing the storage fees are adding up the owner Jesse is always conveniently unavailable at the shop or on for phone calls. It gets passed to his wife Abigail which is just as bad. My adjuster and another Allstate representative went to the shop to try and talk Jesse and he’s is never available. They know what they are doing and how to play the game of screwing over the insurance company and the customers. I wouldn’t recommend this shop ever. It’s a shame places like this do this and know what they are doing.

I would not take your vehicle here for repairs if you are in a motor accident. There were many things still messed up/missing on my vehicle after it was all done, as well as new parts that were on the supplement paper work that did not get replaced on my vehicle. They may do well on the paint side of things, but I did not have a good experience here getting my vehicle repaired.

After my second unfortunate accident I took my SUV to ICar, and once again their service was exceptional!! Abigail took great care of me every step of the way in a timely manner. The first time they fixed my truck it looked perfect, as if it never had been hit. Great customer service, and great quality of work!
I'm disappointed in the service and work performed on my Truck here.
I even went by the shop to personally express my concerns before writing this review. The owner was busy however, so the receptionist recommended I write them down so he could follow up, but I never even heard back.
In short, I had a host of work performed to repair my Chevy pickup and I've since had MULTIPLE issues due to the improper installation of components by this shop. It's ultimately cost me much more money over the long run and unfortunately, I can not recommend this shop.

Everyone at iCAR was extremely helpful with getting my car fixed when I was involved in a 4 car accident. They even took the time out there day to help me try to figure out who was going to be at fault so I wouldn't have to pay my deductible and get a rental car, customer service is a priority of there's. The team is very friendly, they did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.
Had a great experience as a first time customer! They showed awesome customer service and the finished product was better than I expected. I plan on using them again in the near future and already give my friends their info to help with their car repairs.
I took my 2009 F150 to iCar Houston for repair damage resulting from a front end collision. I asked them to also take care of some door dings and scratches on other parts of the vehicle while it was there.
They had my truck ready at the promised date and I was extremely happy with how it looked and pleased with the reasonable price. It was also very clean and smelled good.
I highly recommend them for the quality of their work and their customer service.
I came to jessie after getting in a head on collision with another driver in 2014, Concerned that they would not be able to give me a good quote for the repairs needed to repair my car. Not only did they give me a great price for the work needed to get my car put together again, but they really treat you like family when you walk into their lot. He was extremly professional and with my car having old pop-up headlights (which are a pain in the butt to repair and most places charge you an arm and a leg to re align) he still managed to get my car looking great, anytime i have a collision issue i will surely call him and nobody else. Which is why i refer all my friends and family to do business with him. Keep it up man!
The worst experience ever. Horrible customer service, they don't care Jessie makes every excuse that something happened or he's too busy. From a distance the paint looks good but up close there's runs and the one of the pieces of the 3 piece wing is crooked. never finished the job after taking my money. Said it would take less than 2 weeks originally but took almost 6 weeks there and several more off site to try and finish what he didn't do. And still never finished. Went on vacation and didn't even say he'd finish when he got back or give status of the car. Broke a piece on my car and said he'd pay half because it had non-visible hair line crack already but after it was smashed on both sides. Finally paid for it. Delay after delay and too many broken promises. "Car will be ready tomorrow" but then next day, "oh painter got sick, but will be ready tomorrow it's going in the booth tonight" then next day "oh going good your car will be in the booth tomorrow" so what happened to last night??? Constantly went like this for a month and a half and was so stressed out. Definitely never going there again. I won't even let them do the detailing that he never did when I finally got the car back. Don't want them to ever touch it again. Have to take it somewhere else and pay again to have someone fix the wing right and the runs in the paint as well. Go there at your own risk.......
