This circus is a complete joke! No one has a clue what they're doing. The so-called "manager" said they'd call me back, but surprise, surprise, they never did. I ended up canceling all four of my policies because of their incompetence. The owner is always conveniently unavailable, even though I've spotted him around. It's obvious he couldn't care less. Avoid this agency at all costs - their service is atrocious. And to top it off, they have a bunch of clueless high schoolers running the show. Absolutely ridiculous!

I would highly recommend coming here for an auto insurance quote and perhaps look at other policies they offer as well. Jessica Ramirez was very kind and helpful, and she probably deserves a raise. Not only that she was very quick and walked me through the policies they offered and the discounts they had, and it didn’t take too much of our time which is convenient. If you’re afraid that English isn't your strongest suit, don’t worry because Jessica is bilingual and highly proficient in English and Spanish. Thank you, and wish everyone the best of luck!

Love this State Farm office, all the agents are very knowledgeable and speak both fluent spanish and english. My agent did a remarkable job of explaining all the coverages they have to offer as well as going over a need-based coverage for both my autos and home. My experience here was great and didn’t feel like I was being sold some cheap insurance. Keep up the excellent work 👍🏽.
