Tk was extremely helpful. Progressive canceled my policy without warning because I travel for work and my vehicle was not at my home address. Tk and their team ended up lowering my rate for the same coverage and activated my coverage the same day. Happy I made the switch and will be working with them from now on.

Elias and Xzavion did a great job helping me out, looking for the best policy for me. They gave me more amenities than my other insurance for the same price. This is my first time using state farm and they made the process very simple and effective to my needs. Great start to a first impression of a new customer. Working with Oscar was honestly such a smooth experience. He’s super personable and easy to talk to, which made the whole process way less stressful. He really took the time to break things down in a way that made sense and didn’t rush through anything. You can tell he actually cares about helping you, not just selling you something. He even pointed out different coverages that wouldn’t affect my price but would be really helpful long term, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he helped me lower my rates, which I didn’t expect going in. Super glad I worked with him.
