Mr. Kaatz – Thank you for the incredible compliment. We are honored to serve you and your family.
I have been with the Phelps agency for some 15 YEARS. Have found them to be reliable and knowledgeable. They call you back when they say they will. That’s huge to me. Ken has always taken time to say hi and thanks us for our business. Rare gesture these days.

Ken Phelps State Farm continues to provide outstanding customer service around. Out of all of my experiences with auto insurance companies, this office is by far the most cordial, professional, polite and knowledgeable group of individuals. No matter what you need, they will be there for you and always remain professional, respectful and provide quality service. This is extraordinary and rare in today's world. Keep up the good
work, you are all truly appreciated.
My agent Ken Phelps and all State Farm staff are exceptional. They provide awesome customer service. Especially Stella Rodriguez, she helps me with all my questions and concerns. Always goes above and beyond to respond in a timely manner. I recommend Ken Phelps State Farm to all my friends and family. If you are looking for any type of insurance you will be in good hands. Take it from me, I couldnt have a better agent.
As a recent college graduate, I had to get off my parents insurance policy and switch to something else. I walked into Ken Phelps- State Farm office and immediately I felt welcomed and taken care of. They have a great office staff that made me truly feel like a valued customer. Ken Phelps was very caring, helpful, and understanding of my situation. I would recommend having Ken Phelps- State Farm as your insurance agent because he has been really helpful.
I have had insurance with Phelps at State Farm for many years. The customer service is great and everyone is always very helpful. The team here takes the time to explain the differences between policies and answered all of my questions. I have coverage here for both my house and car and would recommend anyone to Ken Phelps.
