Michael Bhagwandin is absolutely incredible at what he does. I could not recommend him more! He truly takes into consideration every thing that you want, you like, and is probable for your current situation and makes it happen for you. Michael found me one of the best hidden gems on the market and I am so happy about it. I couldn't have done it without him.

As someone who was living in Chicago, but trying to find a place to live in NYC for the upcoming month, Michael did all of the work to make tours happen on the short few days I was flying into NY. He was able to line up and successfully have us look at over 10 places in a day. After that, he was able to quickly, effectively, and successfully get an application into the place I wanted within hours.

We cannot recommend Michael Bhagwandin highly enough for anyone seeking to buy or sell property in NYC.

Nearly 15 years ago, we rented an Airbnb Michael owned. We connected with him on Facebook but never interacted in any meaningful way. Fast forward to 2022, when we decided to move to NYC, a city we have visited several times but never lived in. We did not have a realtor so we contacted Michael.

Michael was extremely effective and knowledgeable. He encouraged us to visit as many neighbourhoods as possible to get a feel for where we might want to live. He worked with us to define the must-haves and then arranged numerous viewings of different property types so we could understand the market. Because we were flying in for brief house hunting trips, Michael graciously drove us around so we could maximise viewing time. He was flexible when our timetable changed. He was generous with his time in answering our multitude of questions. We took our time to find the right place for us, and Michael remained patient and good-humoured in all dealings with us.

We have similarly high praise for his helpful and professional team.

We would gladly work with Michael for all our future real estate dealings in NYC, because we know we would be in the best hands. It can be difficult to navigate NYC unless you know the secret. Well, Michael is one of those secrets of NYC that we are willing to share.

My husband and I met Michael Bhagwandin through a friend and found out he was a New York real estate agent. We had dreamed of moving to Manhattan, but didn’t think we’d be able to afford a place where we would be comfortable. Michael promised us this was not the case and two weeks later, we found our dream home in a gorgeous luxury building in our budget!

Michael was wonderful to work with as he is extremely knowledgeable about NYC real estate and the process of buying a property here. He was always responsive whenever we had questions — of which there were many — and it felt like he was always looking out for our best interests. If you’re looking for a place in NYC, I can’t recommend him enough!

First, my wife and I can not say enough good things about Michael. I know that sounds too good to be true, however it's more than true. From the first time we interacted with Michael, a year prior to really pursuing our search for our first home, he was engaged, responsive, professional, and observant. All qualities we wanted in a broker, he had, and then some. Once we started really pursuing, he was relentless and allowed us to be creative versus just pushing us in a direction....which eventually got us to where he thought we would end up. Going through the experience of purchasing a new home (again first time) with Michael was priceless. It left us with the knowledge needed to make a purchase again, and of course, Michael would be right there with us!

Michael is a great friend and agent. After 37 years in the apartment, it was time to move on. Michael gave good advice on the market, comps and what we could expect going into a showing and sale. He held our hand and guided us the whole way. The final offer we got was in large part due to Michael's expertise. I will work with him again when we decide to move forward on buying another apartment. Meanwhile he keeps tempting me with new options!!

After two months of failed attempts to rent my 1 bedroom on my own during the COVID market difficulties I decided to hire Michael to help me. Long story short, he succeeded, and I was happy with the overall experience. He was providing insight and updates at every step. Particularly useful were the insights about the ever evolving market he was able to gather from the feedback of prospective tenants, who were simultaneously shopping around.
