I paid $800 for a 3 inch “Y” pipe and a muffler. They left a mess under my truck, this job is garbage. I have my own exhaust place to go, but I trusted them bc a mechanic shop recommended them. NEVER AGAIN! Also told them to put the old piping in the bed of my truck and they didn’t do it.

Their final diagnosis and proposed solution, which they claimed would be difficult and take an hour, gave me a price for the difficult and elaborate work they said they had to do, and I accepted, thinking it would truly be elaborate, difficult, and tedious.
They started the work and finished 5 minutes later. It was never difficult, time-consuming, or laborious for them.
They charged me as if they had done a great job, when in the end it wasn't. I asked for a better price, a discount since it didn't turn out as they had described, and well, they didn't lower it by a single cent.
Today they made money with me, but they lost me as a customer, and just as they lost me, they will lose many potential customers for being abusive!
Be careful, they are not people who value their customers. They don't care if you don't return or recommend them.
Please be careful, don't give them your work. Very abusive people!

Excellent service! Fair prices! Work with women!! They also have a nice A/C controlled waiting area with a TV. The guys at the shop are incredible people who will not up charge you based on gender.
