I’ve been here multiple times for an oil change, tires, filters replaced & etc. I will say I was satisfied with their services. The manager over there also does a good job with customer service as well.

The technician Noah went above and beyond to help, did more than he probably gets paid to do and was so polite. Great job Noah! He needs a raise and all you people out there remember to tip your service technicians, yeah you’re paying a lot but the company is pocketing all that these guys are doing the dirty nasty work no one else wants to do for hardly anything so give them a tip when they do good and get you out quickly

Gabriel and Ivan were definitely Santa's Top Notch helpers because they took the time to address all of my vehicles needs and are extremely professional and knowledgeable at what they do. Excellence can be found here and greatly appreciated. This place is definitely changing the car shop culture. Great job Fellas!

I came in for 4 tires to be mounted, balanced and aligned. Customer service was excellent. From the time of arrival to departure, the representatives made me feel totally significant and valued as a customer. I had complimentary coffee and watched my favorite TV show, while I waited. The store was clean and very comfortable. I look forward to my next visit and I highly recommend Pep Boys to anyone who's in need of tire services.
