Laurence Capalad was an outstanding sales consultant who went the extra mile to get me my dream car of a brand new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I traded in my 2023 Dodge Charger. This entire team knows what it means to focus on the customer!

Abelardo Garza was my primary point of contact. He explained in detail the various Ram truck options, which was helpful to me as a first time Ram buyer with only high-level knowledge. Selection was a breeze (lots of great vehicles in stock) and Abe explained everything on our test drive. The purchase process was amazingly quick and straightforward.

Abe’s teammates were just as great to work with. Nobody was pushy or aggressive. They were just friendly and helpful. What more could a customer want?!

First met Laurence Capalad (larry) when we arrived, requesting to see Alan Helfman. He verifed that he was avaiable and escorted us to his office. After a short meeting we were shown available vehicles answering questions as we proceeded. The vehicle we selected to see was brought up. Larry then and after the sale was completed, stayed with us until we drove off with it. He assisted in pairing our phones, radio, and explained other features when requested and provided others we were not aware of.

Over all the experience of buying from this dealership was not like any i have ever been exposed to. From start to finish was very easy. No pressure, no hard sell.

I recently bought a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe from River Oaks Jeep, Chrysler, Ram, and I have to say, the whole experience was surprisingly easy. My salesman, Mervin Lugay, was great to work with—friendly, straightforward, and not pushy at all.

He made the process simple from beginning to end and took the time to answer all my questions. The best part is that he helped me get a really solid deal on the Tahoe, which I genuinely appreciate.
