Outstanding Service – Truly Above and Beyond!
I cannot say enough great things about S&S Care Care Center and Mr. Ellis. When I found myself in a stressful situation with my car, Mr. Ellis came to my rescue and went far above and beyond anything I could have expected. From the moment he reached out, he was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain what was wrong, reassured me, and worked diligently to get my car fixed not just quickly, but the right way. His commitment to excellent service and integrity truly stood out. In moments when things could have gone wrong, Mr. Ellis made everything right. It’s rare to find this level of dedication, honesty, and compassion in customer service these days, and S&S Care Care Center clearly sets the standard. If you are looking for a place you can trust with your vehicle and people who truly care about helping you look no further. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend S&S Care Care Center and Mr. Ellis to anyone in need of exceptional service.

My experience at this auto repair shop was outstanding . The owner was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The repair was completed in a timely manner. I really appreciated the communication throughout the process.
It’s rare to find a shop that combines quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop.
This is the best mechanic shop I’ve ever been to work was done in a professional way. The owners were super nice and professional I’d refer everyone to them they made me feel like family I just love them
Mr. Ellis replaced my brake pads (front & rear) and ac compressor & drier on my acura tl. To access ac compressor required fender & condenser removal and in this process they noticed missing screws on ac condenser fan. I dropped car off at lunch time and picked up at 6 pm of the same day. Highly recommend. A+
