Ralph and Nathan both super professional and amazing. Really dedicated to making sure everything works out for you and both were super helpful throughout the whole process. Will be looking to them for whatever comes next.
I found my apartment listening on Facebook; from experience the platform hasn’t been the most secure place but Safdie Realty turned that around for me. They assured myself and family that we would be taken care of. We now have an amazing place thanks to them!
Ralph was a great real estate agent! He was very responsive and helped answer the many questions I had. He made the process very clear and ensured everything we wanted was done! It was our first time moving to New York and he made us feel so much more at ease during the overwhelming process of finding an apartment. We can’t recommend him and Safdie Realty enough!
My roommate and I were moving in from out of state and we were very nervous when looking at the New York real estate market. However, we were extremely grateful to have found Ralph from a listing and to have worked with him to ultimately secure our housing.
He is the best agent we have ever worked with, and he will communicate timely and attentively to your needs to find you the perfect home - even going above and beyond at times. He was so good that we almost thought we were being scammed!
We will be reaching out to him for a future move when the time comes, and we have recommended him to all our friends as well. Please trust him and reach out!
I had a fantastic experience working with Ralph to find my apartment in NYC. From our first meeting, Ralph was professional, attentive, and really knew the NYC market inside out. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and quickly found several great options that matched my needs.
Throughout the whole process, Ralph was always available to answer my questions and offer helpful advice. He made everything so much easier and less stressful, taking care of all the details with ease. Ralph went over and above as a liaison between us and the landlord when moving in and out.
I highly recommend Ralph to anyone looking for a place in NYC. Their expertise, commitment, and personalized service made all the difference.

Working with Ralph was seamless, professional, and honest. He was there whenever you needed him and provided great insight ands info. We could not recommend a better broker!
So I contacted Ralph seeking an apartment and he helped me through and through. Very responsive and patient with me answering all my questions through email and text. I was a bit weary at first of doing this realtor thing online because I prefer in person communication, but Ralph was amazing. Definitely use his company and more so, directly him if you are looking for an apartment and want an attentive realtor.
100%!! He got me a super nice apartment at a great price!! Ralph, you’re amazing!!👏🏾👏🏾
Ralph helped me find my first apartment. After I found and fell in love with an apartment on street easy I contacted Ralph and by the next morning I had a response. He worked with my work schedule that is days of long hours and made it convenient so I could view the apartment when I had the time. He made the process super smooth for me and answered all questions I needed to be answered. Whenever I didn’t understand something he would quickly call me and explain so that fully understood. The process to apply , sign my lease and get my keys was super fast and easy. Thank you Ralph for helping me get my first apartment!
Ralph Safdie from Safdie Realty Group was BEYOND helpful after showing me multiple listings / sending me videos, floor plans and personally texting me about new listings I found my dream apartment.
