Great experience getting my vehicle inspected at this place! The technician Holsen was so nice. Very polite, patient & explained everything in detail about what my service would entail. We have been going to this place for oil changes, etc for a while now and every time it’s super fast and very reasonable. Highly recommend

Cannot cannot recommend it enough got my homies coming from a hour out just because I'm sure they won't be scammed. Alot of people in this industry scam but this place ain't try to scam me once. And the guy Sean pavlicek you would have thought he was my brother the way he took care of me and my kids. This is the place to go, just went in to get my passenger side tire changed for an affordable price and Sean and them treated my family like royalty. I brought my vehicle into Sun Auto for service and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I felt like they genuinely cared about providing quality service rather than just getting me in and out.

The work was completed in a timely manner, and my vehicle was returned in great condition. It’s refreshing to find a shop that combines professionalism, honesty, and great customer service.

They fid a great job fixing what was wrong (low freon in the AC unit) and letting me know that my brakes are in good shape even though they sometimes squeak. I appreciate their honesty in not charging ne for a service that wasn’t needed!

The service here at Sun Auto Tire & Service was immaculate. The staff were kind, helpful, and respectful throughout my visit. I came in for a battery change, but they went above and beyond by inspecting my car as well. They communicated their findings clearly and in a very professional, well-mannered tone, which I really appreciated!! 10/10 experience :) truly 5-star service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place took care of me when I needed it most. My elderly mother‘s Lexus was overheating right as the Texas summer was beginning so I had her immediately take it to this Sun Auto location near her home. They performed an impressively thorough diagnostic and figured out that it was the thermostat when I was extremely worried it would be the water pump (which is a big job on this particular car).

They even took the time to review the car repair history and informed me that the thermostat was replaced 30k miles ago by someone else and likely was a knock-off brand installed incorrectly.

They completed the repair by early afternoon the next day and even provided an Uber for my mom to get home and then back to the shop. Sean was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone throughout this whole process which was important because I live out of town.

They honored my request to put in the factory part and use the correct Toyota Long Life coolant for a reasonable price overall.

The honest truth is that this place is more expensive than a lot of smaller shops, but this particular location seems to be ran by great people and Sun Auto has a reasonably good warranty on their work. They also provided transportation which was priceless in my situation.

Smaller shops will often try to upsell you on repairs you don’t need, or even worse if something goes wrong there’s no REAL warranty or anyone to complain to. Sun Auto is a bigger chain where you have greater protection from sleazebag mechanics at a higher price point as a trade off.

Just like with most independent mechanics, make sure you fully understand the work being performed on your car and what kind of parts are being installed. Sometimes it’s actually cheaper to get the OEM part instead of the one they want to use.

Overall great experience and I really appreciate this place for helping me out in a stressful situation.

incredible service, the detailed inspection they did on my 1995 F150 was great and the service was quick and easy. the waiting area is super comfortable and clean and they made the process super simple, any doubts i had went straight out the window. while this shop is pretty far from home i absolutely recommend this spot

I’ve been here before when I had my old car, and now that I have my new car and my free dealership oil changes are already gone, I came back here again.

It was another great experience with excellent customer service. Thank you to Jake and Andrae for making my oil service quick, easy, and hassle-free.

I highly recommend this shop for all your car service needs!

Had a very surprisingly large job to complete today and without Victoria's help, I honestly might've not been able to do it. She helped me get the best possible deal, applied coupons, called stores to price match, and dealt with my family all trying to talk over eachother in the process. Highly recommend this location and manager if you are ever in between a rock and a hard place.
