HCA or as us old timers call this facility, Tomball Hospital located in the heart of Tomball Tx. Where all your needs are met, with the best of doctors and staff!! While you are in the state of art of technology, Skilled nurses an professional doctors. The entire property is set in a beautiful country feel with the flowering trees. But you can rest assured that this facility is equipped with the leadership of hard work people coming together to build The Best Hospital In Our Area! I highly recommend HCA Hospital in Tomball Tx. They don't answer quickly for emergency this one nurse so obsessed with the way she looks she put the wrong fluid in my body I took over 30min. To respond for a simple iv malfunction and she finally came in a said oh I'm sorry I put the wrong fluid in so I took out my own IV and discharged my self got me all around messed up.

Pay VERY close attention to your Pre Registration dollar amounts you are owed.
I Pre Registered 3 weeks ago, was told I owed $5800. The hospital failed to run my secondary insurance. Once ran, I was told I owed them $0.00.
I had to cancel the procedure.
Fast fwd 3 weeks and I received a call from Pre Registration saying I now owe them $3800.
This is, of course, money I do not have.
Furthermore, the hospital made a clerical error on the original pre Registration and showed absolutely ZERO empathy, nor did they apologize or offer any kind of resolution.
I am FURIOUS as this is a life changing procedure.
They simply DO NOT CARE and all they want is THEIR MONEY.

My husband had a health problem and we went to the ER at this hospital and since we arrived he received good care, they treated him quickly, they did all the necessary tests and in less than 2 hours we had a diagnosis, he had to be hospitalized for three days. The attention of the reception staff, nurses, doctors was very efficient. The cleanliness of the rooms very well, the food according to the needs of my husband and very good, I think it is the best hospital food I have ever seen. If you have any medical emergency, do not hesitate to go to this hospital.

This hospital has been around for quite a while. It changed its name to HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball. It's been through a few renovations. Relatively clean and very roomy. Nurses/staffs are professional and friendly. Free spacious parking, unlike the downtown medical center. Was admitted to ER which responded quite fast. Like most hospitals, I think it's short on staffs, took a long time, about five hours, to get an available room.
