Our Cadillac XT6 AC stopped working right when the heat hit, and the check engine light came on shortly after just like Randall had mentioned it might. We called several local Cadillac dealerships trying to get in quickly or at least secure a rental, but no one had availability for months or could promise same day service.
We decided to try Tom Peacock and connected with Randall, and I’m so glad we did. He immediately understood our situation as a family of five and went above and beyond to help us. He was professional, kind, and truly provided top notch customer service. He got us scheduled that Friday, March 6, and had everything completed the same day.
We are incredibly grateful and so thankful to see that this level of customer care still exists.

Good morning, I had the best experience , Freddy is the gentlemen that called me everyday to let me know what was going on with my SUV. He was curious ,polite and straight to the point. Tom Peacock arranged for my car to be picked up while leaving a loaner for me at my place of business. My engine light had come on twice in a 2 week period so they checked out the XT4 from bumper to bumper. Good news is nothing serious the computer needed to be recalibrated.
I want everyone to know I will always brag about how well I was treated and taken care at Tom Peacock.. Skeen is my sales person he to is outstanding., I brag about him too. It will be a sad day for Tom Peacock Cadallac when either Skeen or Freddy retire.

I recently purchased a 2026 Cadillac Escalade IQ from Tom Peacock, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The entire team was extremely patient, professional, and attentive to my needs. At no point did I feel pressured into anything we didn’t want, which made the process smooth and stress-free.
Dardan Rexhepi was an excellent salesperson—knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went exactly how I wanted. Ben Benanni, the Sales Manager, ensured the experience was top-notch and truly customer-focused. 10/10 Service experience! I recently took my vehicle in for its first maintenance visit and the Advisor, Randall, and team truly took the best care of me. This is my third Cadillac, but first time at Tom Peacock, having been servicing my vehicles elsewhere, I think I found my new permanent service center. I have taken both of my cars to Tom Peacock Cadillac Service center for a couple years now - they are speedy, have great communication, and perform quality services... Out of the couple Cadillac service centers I have used in this area - I would recommend this one over the other just from personal experience.
