I can't say enough great things about Tom Peacock Service Director Ron Samples! We were in a tough spot with a broken shift cable, and he went above and beyond to get us back on the road quickly. The staff I interacted with were professional and knowledgeable. I was notified upon the completion of my car being serviced. Prior to leaving I was asked we're all my concerns addressed. In my opinion, I felt appreciated as a customer and during these times, unfortunately, it's rare to find.
