Initially contacted the agency through a referral, Carrie called on the phone, she seemed professional at first. Had not heard back from her after her call, and every time, I had to contact her to get a very short, limited response. She dragged on for two weeks, and the last response was that she went on maternity leave. Very unprofessional practice, wasting my time.
I went online and got quotes myself. If she didn't drag on, I would not be wasting my time working with them, and then writing this review.
