The ladies at the receptionist desk were so so sweet and very helpful. My daughter and I stayed for two nights with our dogs and the rooms were very comfortable, cozy, and clean. I highly recommend staying here! We will be again on out next trip to Pasadena!

Excellent stay. Bed is very comfortable, the room was immaculate and the TV was amazing. Airport transfer was quick, this is an affordable place to stay if you are flying in and out of Hobby. Would stay again any time. Excellent value and housekeeping clearly do a great job.

We went to many hotels in the vicinity and KATIE treated us the best. She was extremely polite and courteous and honored the online price even though we didn't book online. We will definitely come back to this hotel. The room was amazing.
My experience there was fabulous!! The services there were very nice, and they take care of things for your needs. Housekeeping workers are nice and respectful! They does work very hard there. There's a lady that work in the front office her name is Ms. Ana and she is a very nice lady very respectful to others and have patience with customers also. They give room services everyday just about and the beds and pillows are so comfy. I really did enjoyed my stay there. I will choose this place at anytime. Thanks for welcoming me and my family there!
