I partnered up with Scheffe Wilson. I was supposed to be her Partner. I’m licensed to facilitate real estate transactions in the state of Florida in addition to the state of New York. The first thing she asked me to do was prospect. Within not even 6 to 8 hours of prospecting, I was already getting a listing Appointments and individuals landlords that had vacant units that were thinking of moving forward and I convinced One to move forward and we had a set appointment and she canceled extremely unprofessionally. She made me look bad in front of the client she made herself look bad. The client conveyed to me that they were going to give us an open rental however, during the listing appointment, we can discuss the exclusivity for both the rental and the listing, and I couldn’t have been more grateful to the client for the courtesy that she extended to us. SCHEFFE WILSON EMBARRASSED US. FACTS. Also, without my acknowledgment, permission or knowledge, she signed me up for the MLS and we never even went to represent any landlord, tenant seller buyer or investor so she has got me into debt when I thought I found a partner and a new job position as a sales associate and I’m great at what I do I really am and I always keep the public best interest at heart. Stay away from this Agent Scheffe Wilson. She carries a lot of the same qualities that a lot of these other agents have out there a lot of these other sales persons here in the state of New York if it doesn’t benefit them, they care less about their associates and the public and really they shouldn’t be licensed or allowed to facilitate any residential commercial or any Type of real estate after the experience I had with her I felt nothing but malice! And that’s extremely disgusting behavior in business in the marketplace and good thing I found out sooner than later and no One was hurt and no money’s were lost. However, I’m in debt due to her, incompetence, her negligence, her lack of business etiquette and her lack of professionalism as a business, professional, and On a human level. I’m an American other than Queen’s most of my life our family has a military background I can facilitate real estate as I mentioned in the state of New York and Florida. I feel I’m entitled to my opinion based on my experience. KJ -

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY SELLING YOUR HOME TO THEM THEY ARE NOT INVESTORS WITH THEIR OWN MONEY. RUN PASS THE OFFICE BAH AND ALL PARSONS INVOLVED WITH HIM AND BUSINESS.

If I can give zero stars, I would.
While searching for a house, I came across a house in Canarise, on Rose Street. My family and I loved the house. We placed an offer and went through the whole bidding process. We agreed on an amount. I sent an inspector to the location. Might I add I paid the inspector. The inspector sent his notes. The agent requested a copy of the report. We sent it over. Then everything went silent. My agent and attorney attempted several times to retrieve a contract. The contract was finally sent over. We signed and then again it went silent.
Basically instead of coming back stating that they had a higher offer or to communicate, this agency disappears and go silent. We spent our money on an inspector. I am assuming they used the report for their benefit and neglected to communicate with us. Leaving us high and dry with, what happen. They could have at least had the decency to let us know, instead of guessing.
Hopefully this review will spark something for this company to learn how to communicate or to relay the message.

I can into the office to fill out an application and was assigned Ms Oluehi Okammelu. She made no eye contact with me as she made me stand for 5 minutes while she interviewed me briefly about what my living needs were. She promised to call my case worker and followup with me. I called her a week later to remind her and she said she'd call immediately. It's been another week now and have not heard from BAH Realty. Customer service is the worst in this company. I ashamed that this is an office full of black people who clearly doesn't care about the people they serve. If you want fast and friendly service DO NOT go here.

Don’t dare go here!!! Especially don’t deal with Oluchi!!! She had NERVE to threaten me because I called the office to get a status update as my move out situation is urgent!!! Never go here! I repeat NEVER!
