The stars were posted by accident. I tried to remove but couldn't. If done correctly, I would not have posted any stars

Dear Ms.Vloedman, thank you for reviewing us with 3 stars, we are a bit confused by your review as according to our records we have not serviced you since 2005, over 21 years ago and the only service we did was changing your wiper blades. Since we have not had the opportunity to provide you with service recently, we would appreciate any clarification about your experience or what prompted this review. please feel free to contact us directly so we can better understand your concerns. Thank you. Adam Mick
Cinco car care
281-395-3434
