The food was awful. The staff was great to me. Helped in anyway they could. But food lacks alot. For a doctor wanting me to eat more, but couldn't stand the food. Had 3 different doctors with 3 different opinions

I was very sick in the ER and that entire team was extremely helpful to me. From the donors and nurses. It was my first time and they were excellent. I give this hospital a 3 star because one nurse in ER who wheeled me in my bed to do a scan, who was insanely rude. Hispanic little girl with black framed glasses. I had numerous nurses and doctors working with me nurse to chest pain and low oxygen levels so I didn’t know anyone’s name except for my ER doctor. She asked me questions I obviously didn’t don’t understand or know. When my leg was hanging off the bed, she roughly picked it up to throw on the hospital bed. The other nurse in the same room was so sweet and explained to me everything in the procedure. I disliked the Hispanic nurse with glasses. Also, I refused to use the toilet in my hospital room. It was old fashion and not an actual toilet bowl. The toilet in my room was attached to a corner wall and so gross. It clearly was to high for me and disgusting and reminded me of a prison bathroom that I’ve seen in old movies. I refused to use the entire bathroom in my room and walked all the way to the end of the hallway to use the cleaner and modern restroom in the guest lobby. I was in for low oxygen and chest pain and had to remove my mask to walk that way. Because of that particular reason, I would suggest not to come to this hospital. I heard Methodist opened a new giant hospital off 290 and in Cypress.
