Great experience! I discovered a nail in my tire and saw they could come to me and replace one. My technician called right when he was assigned my appointment to let me know how far he was from me. He asked for a picture so he could be prepared with a tire in case mine could not be repaired. He explained everything and broke down the price for me. The process to change the tire and check the rest of the car was quick. I will definitely use them again.
The price was surprisingly good, didn't need to tow my car with my truck which was convenient, and most importantly they didn't nickel and dime me like other Firestones have. Kept to scope, suggested things already on my to-do list, simple short and sweet. Would absolutely use this service again, I might just start skipping the local Firestone and using this when able because I frankly trust this service more to take care of me without any hidden agenda.
Called Firestone after my tire tore. All tire shops were closed for Sunday, but saw Firestone's ad online. Called and quickly set up an appointment for the next morning at my apartment. Was very glad I didn't need to worry about trying to get my car to a tire shop the next day.
The technician, Issac, arrived timely and was clear in his communication of when he would arrive and made sure to confirm details of my vehicle before arriving for the service. Issac changed the tires quickly and efficiently. He made sure to let me know what the state of my car was after his inspection.
Overall, amazing service. The convenience, the friendly staff, and the variety of tires made what would be a stressful endeavor for me a relaxing morning.

Emmanuel Garcia was extremely efficient, proficient, knowledgeable, and personable. The service was quick and easy to set up, and I am extremely satisfied with the end result. This is now a service that I will always go to for my tires.
Someone slashed the tires on my work van, and I was looking at having to get it towed to a tire store and then wait hours to get the tires put on. Someone suggested I call this service. The 800 number was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful, the appointment time was within three hours, which was an amazingly short time, the technician came out and quickly changed both tires, and then communicated what he had done. The service was exceptional in every way!
Then, my personal car had a flat tire and I needed it changed. The service was amazing. I don’t know why anyone would go to a tire store and wait for 2 hours. This is SO much better!
Service was great, technician very polite and professional. I have a serious with communication between direct and the stores. I called a store and was told Direct would honor my Firestone warranty. This is apparently not true. I would have found a way to get to a brick and mortar store if I had known, the tire replaced was practically new.

This Friday afternoon I noticed I had a sidewall tear in one of my tires. (I think I hit a curb). Worrying about a blowout, I wanted to get it taken care of ASAP. I had some plans for Saturday afternoon that involved highway driving.
Friday evening I decided to get a full replacement set of tires, since the car was due for it at about 40K miles and four years. I used Consumer Reports and some other online resources to research a good choice for my car -- the Bridgestone Ecopia fuel efficient smooth rolling tire.
I took the time to compare pricing from Goodyear, Sam's Club, Discount Tire and a few others. By the time they all included their installation costs, they were within $50-100$ of each other. Some wanted me to open a new credit card, or return a rebate form. I am not interested in these kinds of promotions.
Goodyear & Firestone install at home service. Of these two, only Firestone had the Bridgestone tire.
I used the Firestone site to set up an appointment for Saturday morning. I didn't have to pay online, that would be done only after I had a satisfactory job.
The next day, a technician named Eric called. and within a few hours, I was driving on all new tires that Eric installed and balanced in my driveway with a fully equipped van designed for the purpose.
The price was competitive. The tires are working great. Eric was a pro.
I didn't lose a whole Saturday sitting in some waiting room of a tire showroom. That's a big win!
The service was so easy and so convenient. I work night shift and never have time during the day or weekend to ever do anything besides sleep. It was so easy to just go online, choose what I knew what was wrong with my car, and then schedule the time best for me. My service advisor Manny was also polite, punctual, and informative about everything. Any questions I had he had an answer for. He also did an excellent job replacing all my tires as well! I had no idea they had the tire machine inside the actual van, it was so cool! Not to mention the free digital/physical inspection that’s included and tells me what other problems I had. Manny was very thorough with the inspection and brought up points I didn’t even think of. I would definitely use this service again and I would highly recommend it for anyone who has trouble leaving the house like I do. Five stars all around!
