They have apparently went out of business. Although I have purchased 4 new tires, plus a Road Hazard warranty on all 4 tires. I have since used one. This service van pulls up and changes it at my desired location. We'll my warranty is from 08/2023 - 08/2027 and thus who is to validate my warranty now. Bridgestone? Because this is an entity of their LLC...and a sister company to Firestone Complete Auto. However, Firestone Complete Auto says they don't have any information for Firestone Direct's customer base. This is the ONLY reason I have given this company 1 star. Poor business practices...amidst going out of business with unresolved customer dealings.

I needed a new battery and of course could not drive it to a mechanic. I love Firestone Direct because it’s a reputable name and I am not worried about who will show up. I know that it will be a professional technician that will complete the job. I will definitely use this service again.
My battery in my hybrid went out and I searched for help and found Firestone. I was able to request and receive help "same day". The mechanic, Ethan, was great with help and knowledge of what happened. This will forever be my go-to company when I need a mechanic.
Great mobile service! I ordered a set of 5 new tires for my truck at 1pm and they were on my truck by 7. The tech was very communicative and professional. He did an amazing job and stuck around at the end of his day to answer my questions. Highly recommended!
Firestone Direct saved the day!
My husband is out of town… and I noticed my tire was flat. Our son changed it only to realize the spare tire was flat also.
I searched Google and found Firestone Direct. I made an appointment online and chose the tires I needed.
Isaac Morden was our Mobile Specialist. He called to verify the purchase and address. He arrived on-time and completed the replacements swiftly.
I made sure to get extra business cards so I could place them in our son’s car.
This was the best and fastest service I have received from a service provider in a long time.
Based on this experience, Firestone gained a new customer!
Fabulous service! I needed a new battery and for the same price as buying and installing myself, they came to the house, replaced the battery, disposed of the old battery, and did a courtesy inspection. I will definitely use their services again!
I found that firestone has a mobile service now in my area. I decided to go out on a limb to have them come out and replace a tire rather than go to a busy storefront. The tech could not have been nicer and was well educated in what he was doing. I will definitely be calling on them again to help with our car needs!

Firestone Direct service was very convenient and the scheduling process was simplistic and seamless. I will definitely utilize them for future automobile needs because driving to the dealership is NOT the business!
The mechanic (Jose) arrived about an hour before the scheduled time and repaired a flat tire in about 30 minutes. Super professional and efficient! Beyond happy with the service.
I was recommended this service by my local Firestone for my dead battery. Service was quick and easy. Tech was respectful of my time and property. Price was better than doing it myself. Highly recommend this service if you can't make it to the shop.
