If it is life threatening go to the nearest hospital ER. NEVER use these people. My daughter had a small cut on her forehead and , we had absolutely NO services rendered. I paid 350 on a card at time of service then got a bill for 2200 I'm still fighting to this day! I have top quality BCBS PPO health insurance but they say they are "out of network" with them so, they won't negotiate for a fair price with the insurance. Total scam!

This is probably the worst thing experience I have dealt with I went to an examination on 5/22/2018. The experience at the hospital at Pearland was pleasant ; However the billing department is deplorable. I have called them to several times and saying the billing was not accurate The numbers from the Insurance portal do not match the bill I received. I paid the bills all of them and i was still sent to collection. I got a statement saying that the amount has been resolved and I am still getting calls from the collector. This billing department is a total disgrace I was on the phone with them for several hours with my insurance company. They are really the most disorganized and unprofessional bunch.

My son went in for a breathing treatment for croup. And the doctor on call forced my wife to stay in the ER for three hours after treating. He scheduled unnecessary X-Rays my wife was uncomfortable with, and the end result was a $5,300 bill including an IV charge for which my son never received in treatment.

Forty five minutes into the ER room First Choice Emergency Room in Rosenberg, Texas. For a non life threatening emergency, I got a bill for $11,100.00, if I do not pay $1328.72 every month they will send the bill to collections (AMCALL) and they will report to credit bureaus. Terrible. Abusive! People stay away.

I went to the Louetta location and was there for under an hour. My bill was $12377.00. Even after my insurance paid, I still own a ridiculous amount. I called billing to ask why their services are at a higher cost then anyone here in Texas for the test and emergency room visit. They stated they charge For the level of care. I had a doctor see me for 10 minutes tops while they gave me an Iv for nausea. Not sure what level of care was so special that they needed for that to charge an extreme amount. I was better off going to the hospital, seems their cost is less for what I had done. Also called to make payment arrangement and was given such a high monthly payment which I told them I could not afford. After speaking with a manager it seem he was giving me the run around to questions I asked. Seems they all work off a script.
Please DO NOT use there facilities.....They are definitely not in it for the care of the patient.

I went in and got a scan, received a pill and left feeling like the visit was a waste. They billed me for over $6,500. Insurance paid nearly $1300 and the rest is what I owe. I owe $5,334. I have excellent insurance. My insurance may pay 80% or 100%. Even my insurance company said that this place was excessively high. My insurance guy wanted to say I got R+×ed. This place isnt affiliated with any of the major insurance companies. Its private. You will go broke.

Ok so I guess I should have read the reviews before taking my son in. So a couple of months ago I called ahead of time to bring in my son for a swollen cheek. I asked over the phone what would be the charges for a visit. They said $215 for the visit by a doctor & and any additional services would be billed later. So I agreed to the visit and only because it was open at the time and because I wasn't sure how serious my son's illness was so I wanted him to be seen immediately. We walked in, filled out paperwork and sent to a room. The nurse did her thing and then the doctor walked in and touched his face and asked some questions then walked out. There was no diagnosis until the nurse came back in and asked me if I want to continue the visit. So I thought to myself well he has not told me what the problem is and I thought I was paying for a doctor's visit plus diagnosis. So I told her yes I want to know what my son has and then the doctor walks back in and says he has a salivary gland infection. Then he prescribes the meds that he needs to follow up with a family doctor. I agreed and then we left thinking that everything was done and paid for. Now I'm getting a bill for almost $700 of doctor fees and $1,200 of facility fees plus the $215 that I paid at the day of service. He did not do anything extra to my son but just look at him, touch him and prescribe the meds. Now I am very aware of how things can be expensive but that is why I called prior to coming in with my son because I am not trying to be irresponsible I'm trying to pay what is reasonable. I've called the billing department and they said that the facility does not have to make me aware of any additional charges then I called the facility and they said they don't know about any of the additional charges so at the end of it all there was nothing that they said they could do. I believe this place is just trying to get you when you are least vulnerable and trying to get anything they can from your pocket. Be aware of those hidden charges because they are trying to jip their clients. This is the Louetta and Cutten location.

Had to go to the ER 2 days in a row. Out of maybe the 6 or 7 people we encountered, only 2 of them acted like they cared and weren't condensending towards us. I really wish I could remember their names.
Sunday I came in for a sore throat and a fever. It was so swollen back there that I couldnt even drink water, the doctor took one look, said it swollen and was strep and I need to keep taking my antibiotics I got prescribed by an online doctor. We had to keep explaining to him that I was at the point of not being able to take them, considering I had a cup with me to spit out my own saliva that I couldnt swallow. In the end I got a steroid shot and a antibiotics shot, and before we left the nurse came in and gave us a long speech about how I needed to take the antibiotics (it sounded like she just didnt believe us).
Monday- woke up even worse. I almost felt like I couldn't breathe and couldn't get in until hours later when my mom came home to take me to the ER. When we got there, a sweet nurse came out and saw how much pain I was in and got me back asap. After taking my vitals, I was extremely dehydrated and had to get hooked up to an IV. New doctor asked why I hadn't taken the antibiotics that day, and we repeatedly had to tell people how I could not swallow. Anything. Which is why I was dehydrated. The she looked in my throat, said nothing was swollen and I just had large tonsils that seemed irritated? They took some blood, did a CT(the guy who took me for the CT was the only other person who acted like they cared), tested for mono (they ran NO tests the first visit btw) and everything came back normal. Then we got a long explanation AGAIN about how we needed to take my prescribed antibiotics, and my mom literally held up the large pills and explained "how is she supposed to take these if she cant even drink liquid?!". We asked if they could give me anything for the pain to where I might be able to get them down(even numbing spray), they said no. Basically just acted like they wanted to get us out of there. They suggested that in a week or so I go to a ENT doctor to see if I need my tonsils out.
Instead, we went to one a few hours later at St Lukes. Who took one look at me and asked why I wasnt admitted into a hospital already. Saw my throat was completely swollen, I could barely talk, and sent me to their ER where I was admitted into the hospital immediately and I've been here since Monday.
If you would like any of the information about the 2 ER visits we made to your hospital, we will be happy to send it over.

I came in with a HORRIBLE rash that mysteriously is moving up and down my body literally head to toe and Dr Bowers walks in looks at me and says you're allergic to something, looked at the rash for less than 2 minutes, did no blood work, gave me benadryl and charged me 100 dollars and I feel exactly the way I did when I walked in. The Dr never checked in on me again and while I was there the rash continued to spread. She asked no other questions just said I was allergic to something and walked out! Completely unprofessional and normally I would highly recommend this hospital but beware if Dr Bowers is there because it seemed as though I could have been holding my head in my hand and she would have said that I had a cut, put a bandage on it and sent me home with a bill for the hospital and an extra one for her "time". Ridiculous that you go to an er to feel better not the same as when you walked in. Last time i checked you were supposed to see a dr when you feel bad and they're supposed to make you better but I guess I'm misinformed.

My son was taken here by my ex wife for a headache. Without my consent she gave them my information. I take care of my son and I know I wouldn't take him to place like this because the insurance doesn't cover all costs. Now I am stuck with the bill. Almost $10,000 for a headache and my son was not even admitted. How can places like these operate legally? This is a scam of the highest order. I am writing my congressman.
