I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the service exceeded my expectations.
A special thank you to Katherine, Amanda, and Humberto for their outstanding hospitality. They were warm, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent customer service made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

Holiday Inn Express at City Centre in Houston hosted our family reunion. Everything was outstanding. Hotel management and staff took good care of us. Breakfast buffet was great and well maintained. The meeting and banquet rooms were also outstanding. Everyone was helpful and made our stay a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem.

Veruska and Katherine and all the staff were very kind. As always. I've been coming to this hotel for 6 years now at least 6 times a year and everything is always excellent. The food of the restaurant, the bar and the reception are always ready to satisfy all my requests with a smile and to solve my logistical and meeting problems. A 5 star hotel indeed.
Chef Damien made our experience absolutely amazing! Every dish was outstanding. The steak nachos were packed with flavor and the perfect way to start our meal. The bang bang shrimp was crispy, fresh, and had an incredible sauce. The fettuccine Alfredo was rich, creamy, and cooked to perfection. And the crème brûlée was the perfect finish—silky smooth with a beautifully caramelized top.
You can truly tell Chef Damien takes pride in his craft. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. We left impressed and will definitely be back. Highly recommend asking for Chef Damien if you get the chance!
It took me this long to give this review because I was very devasteted when it happened. My check in was on 5/2025(Friday) for two rooms. We were there for three days. On the next day Saturday,we went out that morning for a Church conference and we came back around 3pm. I stopped by at the help desk to talk to the front desk manager. I believed his name was Matthew Selby. I reported to him that I was charged a deposit which I was told there was no deposit when I ordered online . He told me there is a depost. I asked him then why was I lied to online that there was no deposit. He told me he didn't know . I then went to my room and rested until about 5pm. I got up got ready for another session of the conference. I and my Church member whom we rode together then went to where we park our car but our car was no where to be found. We reported it to the manager, I believed his name was Matthew Selby, he immediately told us , you came for a Church conference that we should forgive the person who stole the car because God forgive all sins. I believe this manager, Matthew Selby arranged with people to steal our car. It looks like he has done these to several customers especially irate customers.

Please don't hesitate to reach out and give us some more information about your stay, so we can do better next time. I deeply regret any miscommunication about our policies. It is correct that there is "no deposit required" when you book directly, but also that refers to pre-payments for the room. We require a $150 refundable incidental hold per reservation, which goes back at checkout. Incidentals is anything aside from room rent, like damages or sundry shop items.<br><br>It has been a long time, but if I recall correctly you were yelling in the lobby in front of other guests and threatening to punch me in the face. The General Manager did get you security camera footage as you requested, but was unable to do so on the day you requested because he was out of the office. Your claim that some kind of criminal collusion occurred between the management of the hotel and people stealing cars in Westchase is both unsupported by all of the guest feedback we receive on Google Maps and other websites, as well as being unnecessarily inflammatory. I had a long day after a falsely advertised Airbnb that changed my plans. Luckily, I found availability here!
Needless to say Lurayne was extremely kind, helpful and courteous during my check-in process and throughout my stay. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting

At check in the associate was kind and efficient. We booked the 1 bedroom suite which is on the the south side of the hotel so no freeway noise, and it does not share a wall with any other hotel room. Well worth the extra money! They provide a wide array of breakfast food at the lobby restaurant, and you are waited on by staff for any drinks. The beds were comfy, the room silent, and the entire hotel was clean. Will absolutely stay here again when in town!
This hotel is right in the middle of all the things to do! And the food is surprisingly good, like no joke tasty…
The drinks are great! Get one and chill near the pool!
They lost a star cause of the non working fire pit 🔥- I was really waiting to vibe out before going back to work. So I guess I’ll have to settle on the great staff and food this place provided. 🍲 🍹
The rooms dont have refrigerators/some do, mine didn’t.
I wish I could share a review. But, the hotel cancelled our reservation and did enjoy notify us or Expedia (through whom we booked). I luckily called them a couple days ahead and found out that our reservation was cancelled. Their reasoning was that our card bounced. Ok.
My brother was traveling at the same time who had made a separate reservation. The same with them as well.
I highly doubt that two separate reservations were cancelled without notifications for credit card issues. At that point, the issue is with the hotel's staff or process.
When we called to rectify the issue, they talked to us the first time, passed us off to a voicemail box. We called again, the same lady picked up but pretended to be somebody else and despite us asking to speak with the manager, pushed us to voicemail box, and then stopped picking up calls from our numbers. Done with IHG and Holiday Inn at this point. I will stick to my 15 years of Bonvoy membership.
The location and the rooms may be good, but this hotel's front desk staff and service get 0 from me (negative if possible).

When you book through a third party, your reservation could be canceled in the hotel's system and the third party would not know because they don't have access to the hotel's computers. This may have been due to our Special Event Restrictions during the global soccer tournament, which required prepayment before June 14th.
