Room was OK. Front desk ladies both at night and in the morning lacked basic customer service skills. But to top it off, got up to breakfast and they did not have a coffee machine that worked or an alternative. That's a shame. Location not bad from the airport.

The room was certainly adequate for a one-night stay in order to catch a flight the following day, and the shuttle service to IAH was excellent, on time, etc. However, I had booked the room on the Best Western website; and when we arrived, the clerk mentioned that I had two rooms booked. I was surprised and said that no, I had only booked one room as indicated on my electronically-delivered reservation receipt from Best Western.. She said she would take care of the extra room; and the next morning when we checked out, she charged me for one room and gave me one receipt. But guess what? I got charged for two rooms on my credit card and have been unable to get the folks at that Best Western to credit back the cost of the extra room. I didn't get the promised call back from the manager; and when I called back two days later, the person answering the phone wouldn't connect me with the manager. She said they couldn't do anything about the situation since the extra room was a "no show." This entire situation is irritating at best, but I'm throwing in the towel since I've already spent too much time over $89.49. But that Best Western will not be a place I stay the next time I need a room near IAH!

Room was nice, comfy and clean. Breakfast however WAS THE WORST. WORST!!! Also, I understand there is a pandemic, but if housekeeping isn't going to clean and replace towels, they should be available at the front desk. We had to wait until the next morning to go and FIND the very nice housekeeper to ask for towels 🤦🏾♀️
