I was in kindred Baytown in February 2016 recovering from a flap surgery. The wound care team, which is headed by Shelia Roberts took very good care of me and made sure that I healed up correctly. The wound care team made sure I had the proper equipment, which includes a low air loss mattress to help reduce pressure. The team was very considerate and made sure that my wounds were properly treated and maintained. I was treated with respect and dignity while I was in the hospital. I have and will continue to recommend Shelia Roberts and the wound care team at kindred Baytown to anyone who has a pressure sore or diabetic ulcer because they give excellent care and treatment.
This is a place where you or a loved one can come die. my grandpa had a big wound from gang green and after going to the hospital and he was doing good for a minute but then problems started. his body started swelling and he gained more than 10 pounds filled with fluids from some medicine. We told the doctors and he said that it was normal. then he stoped eating as much and his systems started shutting down. to make a long story short he died 2 days after my birthday(jan 27), im 14 and about to be 15. I dont want to complain I just dont want anybody else to feel or go through this because I know that I miss my grandpa and even though he had a couple of strokes when I was born and couldnt speak clearly anymore he loved me and my 12 year old sister very much......

My Mother has been at Kindred Baytown for several months. The nursing care has been provided with skill and in kindness. Several like to tease my Mother which she loves to give back in buckets. I would gladly recommend this facility to other friends and family members. The location helps to provide care not only for other Baytown residents, but also for area cities. Highly recommend this care facility.
