GREAT SERVICES. The nurses are very professional. They have alot of patience with me. They keep my room clean. Mr Woods my therapist is excellent. I would recommend this place for care. The casemamagers communicates very effectively and it's just a good place so far

I was in this Kindred for 21 days and at 1st it was creepy and the nurse on my admission day was weird and a lil rude but I didn't challenge her, I let her make it....but to be in the medical field that has to be a passion, because if you're there for the check only.... you're at the wrong career. I have many angels that took very good care of me. Not 1 time were they impatient, sarcastic or jus left me to fin for myself...... Physical Therapy dept- Thank you Torian, Alely & LaToya for all the help and conversations that were shared. The CNAs- Thank you to LaKendra, Shelithia, Lucretia and Ashlyn.....those ladies were definitely on point every given time. They talked to me, helped me in many ways, made my bed, they were just AWESOME, attitude was pleasant each and every time. My nurses- these listed really showed compassion and care Georgia & Dawn & Jocelyn & Janis & Jovan...... Whenever they were at work, I knew my day would be easy peasy. Kindred needs to better the Cafeteria really bad but their chef salads was 💯 everytime I got them. Thanks to Mandy, Monica for your much needed assistance. My biggest Thank You goes to Alma(wound care) Elvira(asst to Dr)....these ladies was so beautiful inside and out. I mentioned her already but this lady helped me bathe myself when nobody stepped up....Mrs. Shelithia she's the GOAT and good at what she does. Ms. Lakenya offered baths and always willing to get me whatever I needed. Those ladies need a raise and recognition. Not all ppl are there for money only! If I ever have to come back that way- I pray those ladies are still there. My overall experience was good but it can use improvements in the cafeteria.

Very good staff, very good place.therapist was patient with me and push me to do more. I feel im much stronger than I was. Charles was very helpful and encouraging, he makes me walk and even take me outside which I enjoyed. My room is pretty much kept clean. My casemamager has had great communication.
Respiratory has been a good help. I would recommend this facility for help if I had to.

Schelitia is a great cna as well as all staff. They have been so sweet and caring to our Mother. From ICU to the 3rd floor. Great staff that truly cares. Thanks from the family of JUSTEAN ROSS

Respiratory is really nice to me. Therapy take me to the gym and work me out. The food has been good. The nurses are really nice And compassionate. I like that they keep my room nice and tidy. The come and just check in on me often. Nice place if you need care

ICU the best experience. I had a super nurse who anticipated every need as I was helpless after heart surgery. He was a tall black man who made me feel secure and well cared for.

Shelita is a great nurse. She is kind, knowledgeable and efficient. When my husband was on the 3rd floor she was his nurse. She stopped by to check on us when he went to 2nd floor ICU. She is a true asset to this hospital.

edit to my post:
Over $700 was charged to my dad’s account after his card was stolen. When I went to the facility to get information and ask for his intake log, they told me there was none. They never documented what my dad arrived with even though he was already experiencing confusion at his first hospital before arriving there. Then while he was intubated and sedated no one secured his items including wallet and brand new cell phone. When I asked who has access to his items to help figure out what happened the woman told me they could never tell me who because “many people had access to your father’s room”. This facility failed to protect a vulnerable person under their care.

Aside from my dad’s health declining during his stay here, My dad had his debit card stolen from his wallet at this facility. They said they do not keep a security log of peoples belongings and forward me to housekeeping. Do not send your loved ones here
