This hospital is nasty ,roaches ,trash on the floor ,dirty bathroom rude people with no empathy at the counter and let’s not forget the 4 hrs wait time just to draw blood and another 3 for results don’t come to this hospital unless you want to be treated like a dog .you’ll get better faster services at Methodist hospitals .. DO NOT COME HERE I wouldn’t trust these people with a frog .all the workers are ruthless

My experience at Memorial Hermann Hospital – Sugar Land was truly exceptional from start to finish, and I felt cared for every step of the way while welcoming my baby into the world.
A special thank you to my incredible OBGYN physician, Dr. Farishta, whose professionalism, compassion, and expertise gave me so much confidence and comfort throughout my delivery. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better doctor.
I also want to recognize all the rotating outstanding lactation specialists as well as nurses, especially Ms. Cece and Ms. Daeshia. They were kind, attentive, patient, and genuinely caring every step of the way. They made sure I was comfortable, answered all of my questions, and treated both me and my baby with so much love and respect. Their dedication made such a meaningful difference during one of the most important moments of my life.
Every member of the staff I encountered was friendly, supportive, and committed to providing excellent care. I am very grateful for the wonderful experience and highly recommend Memorial Hermann Hospital – Sugar Land to any expecting family. Thank you all for making the birth of my baby such a positive and unforgettable experience!

Memorial Sugar Land has a great nursing and anasthesiology team! I was in and out for a day minor surgery in 5 hours. Extremely efficient and thoughtful!

My pain Mgmt Dr Chirumamilla is done by 12:30 pm. I was scheduled last and she wanted to reschedule and I'd been there for a 2/1/2 hours. We'll she tried to get me at fault. I said no and I'll be getting another Dr. She stormed out of the surgery Ctr and it was flooded outside. Took an hour to get 10 miles. Then wait for procedure to my low back. She not only wouldn't do the procedure, she started an argument with me no thk you for the terrible service! I do not recommend!!

I had a great experience with L&D! Dr. Ye was amazing I’m so happy I picked him as my OB for this pregnancy! All the nurses I had from beginning to end were amazing as well (D’anna, Ruby, Jenna, Marianne, and Ashley) I had such a positive experience compared to my last delivery (different dr and hospital).

Don't go here if you are pregnant and have an emergency. Allyson Travers will not send out your prescription and leave you with days of pain.
