I recently had both a colonoscopy and endoscopy done at Meridian Hospital, and while Dr. Dipti was absolutely exceptional and clearly an expert in what she does, I especially wanted to recognize the incredible nursing staff — particularly Dalila.
From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for. Dalila stood out for her professionalism, kindness, and remarkable attention to patient comfort. Something as simple as placing an IV can often make patients anxious, but her technique was so gentle and precise that I barely even realized it was done. Even afterward, the way she carefully removed the bandage and checked on my comfort showed a level of compassion that truly makes a difference.
What impressed me most was that the care never felt rushed or mechanical. Every interaction reflected patience, empathy, and genuine concern for the patient’s well-being. In healthcare, technical expertise is important, but the human side of care matters just as much — and Dalila truly exemplifies both.
I would also request the management team to personally share this feedback with Dalila. Patients may forget many details of a medical procedure, but they never forget how someone made them feel during a stressful moment. Her professionalism, empathy, and gentle care left a lasting impression on me, and she truly deserves recognition for the way she treats patients.
Thank you to Dr. Dipti, Dalila, and the entire nursing staff at Meridian Hospital for providing such an outstanding experience. The professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made a stressful procedure feel comfortable and reassuring. This is the kind of patient care people remember and deeply appreciate.
If you can go ANYWHERE else...please do. The staff in the pain management clinic at 9430 Katy fwy, are beyond unprofessional and unproductive! They DO NOT CARE if you are seen or if your medical needs are addressed. I wish people with their attitude and outlook did not work in Healthcare. The Healthcare system is already hard enough to navigate but they make it 10 times worse.

Meridian Hospital has a great staff, they get you in and are very knowledgably inclined. I went in for a quick check-up and they were very polite and attentive to my needs.
Billing department has been ghosting me for 7 months for a detailed invoice that I paid money for already .
Try calling their useless front desk and no one will ever respond to you from billing . Potential scam going on . Complaint already with Texas Attorney General.
DO NOT PAY THEM . they will stall

I came yesterday to get bilateral lumbar epidural injections. everything was wonderful. all the people were wonderful. the only issue i had was with the anesthesiologist Dr. Barry. This was my first time getting a medical procedure done so I was nervous. He was roughly lifting my head and moving my body. He already administered the anesthesia so i was groggy and he kept asking me if i was nervous because my heart rate was going up. since my face was in the table it was hard to hear me so he roughly picked my head up and loudly asked me again “Are you nervous” and i started to tear up and say yes because i was scared. that was my only issue. everything else was great and im already starting to feel better after 24 hours.
Definitely not open 24 hours!! Staff is incompetent. They never billed my insurance which has been requested over and over again. I need this billed so that it goes toward my deductible. I feel something shady is going on here. I am going to call the Texas Department of Insurance and an attorney.

UPDATE:
Dr Nash & Dr Bery. Best surgery team duo on the circuit. Lol. Seriously though, this place is still amazing. I can only refer to my appointments with Dr. Nash and his team, but from check in to check out, all staff are terrific. I am a frequent flyer to medical offices. Lupus with severly angered joints, new joint issues, as well as a past spinal fusion keep me needing them. So I have been through a hell circuit also. I know the difference between people who care, and people who are collecting a paycheck. DR. NASH CARES 😁 ✌️

This hospital staff is nothing short of amazing. I visit this location frequently to have injections. Quite frankly, I wish every person I have dealt with over the time I have spent here could be cloned and placed in every medical facility. For those of us that deal with daily pain, that isn't outwardly shown to the world, can be hard and discouraging as we can be treated often times like we are making it up. It is so refreshing to be treated with kindness and respect!
The calls are always spot on, day before with instructions to the follow up call the next day. I have had issues with other doctors dropping the ball with paper work, and they always stay on the issue until it was resolved.
Thank you to the entire Meridian Hospital team. You make a difference and it is great!!
The experience was thoroughly enjoyable and compassionate. The medical treatment was exceptional. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff and the surgeons who performed the surgery on me. While I acknowledge that Dr. Alcaraz is a Chicago Cubs fan 🤣, I would like to tell him GO White Sox!!! . Overall, it was an extraordinary experience, and I am deeply appreciative of the efforts made by everyone involved. Thank you 😁
