Be careful with these people. I made a purchase there and paid immediately, but I couldn't take the vehicle right away because it needed some repairs. Three days later, I called to say I was coming to pick it up, but they told me to come get my money back; they claimed there were issues with the title and that the vehicle had been returned to the auction. That isn't true, though, because all auction sales are final. I assume they resold the vehicle for a higher price and decided to back out of our deal.

I recently purchased a Chevrolet Cruze, and I couldn't be happier with both the car and the experience. The vehicle itself runs great— smooth, reliable, and exactly what | was looking for in a cash car.
What really stood out to me was the level of customer service. Everyone I worked with was outgoing, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping me through the process. They made everything feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated.
On top of that, they went the extra mile by helping arrange a rideshare so I could get there to complete the purchase. That kind of courtesy and effort really says a lot about how much they care about their customers.
Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable vehicle and excellent service.
Do not come here, dealers will try to manipulate you into agreeing there way on how the deal is going go down and get mad when you call them out. Waste of time and patience. You've been warned.

Straight forward, professional, no tricks, numbers where great. I definitely recommend this place.
Literally called all day trying to buy a car cash. Was told by someone who didn't state their name they would call back. Never did. On top I called several more times trying to purchase the vehicle, then was told no one could help me. No sales people. No managers. Doesn't make much sense that I have to beg a dealership to make a purchase at their business. I would like to be contacted back about the sale. A simple call would do. Hope this place can do better.

I brought the car of my dreams Roberto is the best he did a great job he is the best!!!!!! Thank you
Roberto and Joe made the process of buying my vehicle really easy got my car running very smooth i would highly recommend ortiz auto sales for your next vehicle purchase. Roberto took really good care of making sure everything went smooth from beginnng to end.
Do not recommend they lie when they say they are going to fix the car. The sales rep just wanted to make his money and lied about taking to a mechanic when the problems occurred the following day.
