LIARS. Bought a car from them and was told “oh it’s out on loan and they only will put 5-10 miles on it daily”. I received the car 3 days later with 2,250 MORE miles than what I signed for. It was dirty and had sand in the trunk.
They promised to make it right and then proceeded to blow me off for 3 weeks so I reported them to the lender. Their response was offering me a detail… and said I probably edited the photo with the picture of the odometer.

I have to say this company is amazing. I was going through some car trouble and needed a new vehicle. I went to several different dealerships with no luck. I drive by this dealership every day for work and thought why not check it out, so without even looking online I pulled in and found a great car at a great price. I've been driving the car for a week now over 600 miles and its been fantastic. Kramer autoplex really knows how to take care of their customers. Thanks to Fransisco for being a great salesman. I will absolutely be buying another vehicle from them.

The sales lady I used at this lot I have used before on a vehicle but this time I actually had her going and going to find the right vehicle but I knew she could do it and she did she didn’t give up until she found it and got me within the payment that I wanted I really enjoy her being our sales woman and I am surprised she didn’t flip out on me because I stayed on her butt but she is really a lot more better to work with than Derrick in Livingston but all honesty she is really great and wonderful at what she does!!!!!!!

Sam was amazing. I was meet at the car before I even got out. The car that was for me was sitting right there. From the color to the rims the features was extra more than I could ask for. Got it right the first time. Like he knew me or something. Everything I wanted and more in my Chevy Equinox 2026. And Marco in finance amazing. Made everything easy. It was late but didn’t feel rushed or pressed. Best experience ever 10 stars I highly recommend
