This is the way auto service should be, I don't dread getting my vehicle maintenance taken care of because they make it so easy here. I schedule the service online and they're ready when I show up. They offer recommendations without being pushy, are up front on pricing and a few times have even performed small recall fixes while my truck has been there for maintenance work. The dealership has even followed up later and sent a technician to my home to fix something that was recalled and I didn't even buy my vehicle at McRee. This is truly stellar service and I highly recommend Quick Lane.

This was my first visit to this location. I booked an online appointment for an oil change on the same day during my lunch break. Krystal Clark, the service advisor, greeted me upon arrival. Since it was my first time there, she gathered some information and took my keys. Fortunately, my vehicle did not have any issues. However, she advised me that one of my windshield wipers would need replacement soon, informing me of the price without being pushy. The entire process was efficient; I arrived at 1:00 PM, the service commenced around 1:15 PM, and it was completed by 1:45 PM. I will definitely be a returning customer.

It’s always wonderful service at McRee Quick Lane. The techs, the service advisors, Krystal, and Tammy at check out, are all so professional and nice. The wait time for me as a walk-in has never been more than an hour 1/2. I pay for Quality service and leave happy.

If you want great service on your vehicle I highly suggest using Quick Lane. Ive been using them since I got my Ford Explorer and they are great. When you call and make your appointment ask for Krystal. She'll get you set up and on the right track. I use her and shes amazing.

I had not set up my ford pass rewards yet and was so lost on how to redeem rewards! The lady’s behind the receptionist counter are so much help! They were able to set up on my rewards in about 2 minutes! All with a smile! Great customer service!

They always do a great job on our cars.
I didn’t even have an appointment and yes some were waiting but I was there for probably an hour. Very reasonable compared to other places I have heard. Been taking our cars there for years! Worth the drive for me. Nice spacious places to sit and if you have work to do it’s no issue. Bathroom is clean.
