Absolutely horrendous. The whole building is not level. The first room the man put us in was wrong and on the second floor. 2 of the people I am staying with are handicapped. The fridge did not work and the room was at a steep enough incline to notice within 10 seconds of being in that room. The second room he gave us was on the first floor with dead cockroaches inside and what appeared to be blood on the curtains. This building has a very depressing vibe and makes me really regret my entire visit to Houston.

Room very nasty and the service is terrible. House keeping didn't want to clean might see a bug or 2. This place is a no for me. The 1 star was being too nice.

Room wasn't clean and there were empty condom wrappers on the floor. Convenient location but with it being off the highway and the walls being paper-thin you hear and feel every car. Go somewhere else, it's worth the extra $20 a night to not sleep on someone's love-juices

Stayed here during the Christmas holiday and the room was very dirty. It could be nice if they bothered to clean. My toilet was dirty and so was every single wall in the room. If they scrubbed the walls and actually hired people that knew how to clean, this hotel could be a decent place to stay, luckily I had a can of Lysol wipes with me and I was able to wipe all surfaces in the room down including the toilet. Unfortunately I'm never staying here again.

The room wasn’t too bad but what they called breakfast is stupid.
They have one type of coffee and no tea. They have tepid (room temperature) water that you have to warm up yourself in order to make your coffee.
The only thing they really have for breakfast is toast with butter and dry cereal. Does not even milk for the cereal. Nothing else is out. They have a waffle maker unplugged. No choice of fruits. like nothing else..
It was also a dead roach on the counter.
It’s just very disappointing.

We’ve stayed on multiple times, and though it’s a “value-priced” hotel, we’ve never seen a bug, and it is always clean. We had one stay with a toilet problem that they took a bit of time to fix but it’s the best value that we have found. (Here as patients staying at MD Anderson).
Good hotel to crash at quickly if you are in town for any other event. The staff didn't give us any issues , check in was easy and the room was clean although why did smell a bit funky . The wifi wasn't working at all so I'd be careful if you were planning on needing to to work here, otherwise you may need to hit up a coffee shop or mcdonalds . Ice machine was also broken and a little bit pricey for what you get .

Buyer beware: I tried to be very discreet and polite with 'Jay' at the front desk about this, but he wouldn't budge. With that said, My sheets in the room I rented had burn holes in them. I moved the pillows to flick off a dead gnat. I tried to humble myself with the "you get what you paid for" idea. The shower head face was covered in red rust. I turn on the faucet to see a baby roach scurry off. Washed my hands, toss a napkin in the trash to see two other baby roaches in the plastic lining. Plugged in the blowdryer to see if it worked, it blew out an adult cockroach. I immediately grabbed all my things and got out of there. I asked for some type of break on the price for what I had dealt with but no. I won't be coming back to this place.

Foundation of the hotel is shifting. You literally roll down hill in the chair!
The room is had multiple Sheetrock issues and patches and the lamps either don’t work or will require a tetanus shot after use.
The shower would not get warm enough to use and after telling the front desk, they told me to leave it on for 10 minutes and it would get there... it never did.
After asking the front desk for a discount after the horrible experience, they offered to let us borrow another rooms shower but it was too little, too late. We just left and will never return.
Save yourself the hassle and spend $20 more to get into a better place. This place ought to get shut down.
Oh and there was poop on the wall in the bathroom

I am impressed with their hospitality after hours. They were great. Very clean and comfortable. Reasonable price, compared to prices with a big inn & suites across the highway. That hotel across the highway was $140 a person, just for one person. I was very grateful and glad that I turned around and stopped at America's Best Value Inn and Suites -- staff was good and kind. Good breakfast and coffee excellent!! God Bless them.
