We own a transportation company, and they treated our driver disrespectfully and aggressively. Their behavior showed zero professionalism.

Would not utilize this service. I’m locked out of my vehicle in an emergency and they have no sense of urgency and no one to communicate with. You also can’t speak to anyone on the ground. Also they only offer incorrect ETA readings. I was told 20 minutes three times… that’s an hour long wait. I understand high volume but just be honest so I can anticipate the wait.

Highly recommend Texas Automotive Group. Staff and salesmen were amazing. Thanks to Omar my son, has a reliable car for school this year!
