When we got to the hotel at 1:30 am we were told that they changed their pet policy three days before. We had booked a month in advance and didn’t get a call or email advising of this change.
The person at reception called the manager and we were told they were going to make an “exemption” for us. When we got our room it was not cleaned at all. It was exactly as it was when the prior guests left. When I told reception they were acting like I was crazy. He went up to confirm.
Overall the hotel is nice, good condition and the area is good; near the airport. But the staff and management are not good at communicating.

Booked a weekly rate room. Checked in. Seemed nice. By four days of being there the housekeeping staff told my ten year old son that we were going to have to check out because they are not an extended stay hotel like that.” Mind you the maids never came to clean a single time in our two weeks. They tried to tell me we had to check out after four days. My kids didn’t misbehave or cause any problems. My dogs didn’t bark make messes or anything. We did NOTHING WRONG. The younger front desk staff tries to act like she runs the entire hotel. When I went to speak to them about what the maid who shouldn’t of been speaking any of my business to my child, she refused to call the manager or Gm saying she is the manager and she won’t call anyone. My son is incontinent and leaked on one bed during the night then moved to the other and had an accident there too. We gave all the linens including the blankets ((which they don’t wash or switch out between guests eww gross)) and we never got any linens back. My kids and I slept without sheets or blankets for over a week. This place is still running renting rooms under the Hillary place name and reservations but when you get here it’s Ran by a family and it’s Called the Iah Houston hotel not Hyatt place. Being forced to leave where it was convenient for me to be for work and close to where my property is while waiting for the closing and install on new manufactured home l. Now I had to scramble to find another hotel and to move our belongings as we have all we own with us takes me five trips in my car. These people really inconvenienced my family and I and it’s really a shame because the only thing this place has going for it is breakfast in the mornings but that’s ruined by the nasty outside and surrounding environment as well as the rude staff, the price isn’t worth the breakfast and that’s only thing going for this place. I would not recommend this place

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in quick and effortless.

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like quality toiletries and a well-stocked minibar. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my visit.

One of the highlights was the hotel’s amenities. Whether it was the well-maintained fitness center, the relaxing pool area, or the delicious on-site dining options, everything exceeded my expectations. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Overall, this hotel offers an outstanding experience with a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

This was a very clean hotel but not happy with the service and communication. I booked the hotel intentionally for a shuttle from the airport to save money on uber and the shuttle is not longer in service. The hotel would not give me any complementary service or pay for half of my uber. Would not recommend if you are staying close to the airport. Choose another hotel.

Receptionist was arguing with what seemed to be the manager over not being paid while i stood there trying to check in... i ended up leaving and messaging them for a refund but i had no luck with that

The shuttle service from the hotel was frustrated "getting to" by faulty phone service and "getting from" next day by bus mechanical problems. Had to taxi both ways for a hotel which advertises a free shuttle service to and from airport. ☹️
Also, no restaurants nearby... walk 9 min to closest.
