Staff was wonderful, Dr Koo was excellent, an overall positive experience. Great pain management (still haven’t had any pain 10 hours later), immaculate environment, every staff member took the time to make sure I understood how to follow-up at home. Highest recommendation all around.

I was experiencing some discomfort after a few day of surgery and phoned the Wellesley Dental office. Dr. Koo then had me come into the office to evaluate my problem and to provide medical care which was extremely helpful. His care was very reassuring!

The wait time has always been zero for scheduled appointments. Dr. Koo is calm, and as gentle as could be expected with gum surgery- I’ve had 4 procedures and a very small mouth. His assistants are very proficient and kind. The front desk is also professional and pleasant.

Dr.Koo called me back very quickly when I was in a lot of pain and needed a tooth extraction, and he even called me on a weekend to tell me of a cancellation, so I got an earlier appointment. The extraction was done very skillfully by Dr. Koo; I was very impressed by how he explained each step. His nurse and assistant were as friendly and compassionate as he was. I would highly recommend this practice.

Superb state of the art immaculate office with a very savvy dr. However, I felt rushed in my consultation and was charged 250.00 just to be told I need a root canal. they should offer some type of sliding scale fee for people with no insurance and for a long-time patient like me who has referred people over the years. Five stars for the office and practice in general, but two stars for the compassion and understanding.

The staff at Wellesley Dental Implants & Periodontics are professional and friendly. Very helpful in answering questions and helping me figure out my insurance coverage. Dr. Koo is awesome. He is attentive and very knowledgeable. I have had several successful experiences under his care and would highly recommend him.

I had a wonderful experience with my dentist and the entire team. The doctor is truly skilled and did an excellent job with my dental implant. Everything was done with great care and professionalism.
What I appreciated the most is that the doctor is very kind, humble, and genuinely cares about patients—not just focused on money. The staff are also very friendly, respectful, and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.

Dr Koo and staff are extremely friendly and organized! The office itself was very clean and had a calm, comfortable atmosphere. The dental staff is very professional and took time to explain everything in detail, which helped reduce any nerves. Overall, it was a great experience!

I heard this office had laser options and preferred that for my procedure. Called to ask and the person who answered the phone gave me all the info I needed. She was able to get me a same day appointment. Said I could do consult and procedure if I wanted or just come back for procedure. Dr. Koo was great and made thing easy and almost completely pain free. The staff were helpful and kind and all was over and done in no time. Would definitely go back!
