I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today at the Student Hub.

Before traveling to the Stratford Campus, I contacted Student Support by phone to explain that I needed my Student Enrollment Letter to be officially stamped.

I was specifically advised that this could only be done in person and that I should come to the campus, as it could not be completed remotely.

Based on this advice, I took a day off work and traveled approximately 30 miles to the campus solely for this purpose.

Upon arrival, I was informed by the two members of staff present that they were in a meeting and that I should come back another day. I explained that I do not live locally and that returning on another day would be extremely inconvenient, especially after taking time off work and traveling such a long distance.

After insisting, I was told to return in 30 minutes. What made the experience particularly frustrating was that both staff members were already seated at their computers, and the request itself involved nothing more than placing an official stamp on a document—a task that would have taken only a few seconds.

My disappointment is not only with the lack of assistance but also with the lack of consideration for a student’s time and the incorrect information provided by Student Support. Had I been informed that the service would not be available today, I would have avoided an unnecessary journey and the loss of a working day.

I understand that meetings are an important part of the working day, but providing basic student support and honoring the guidance previously given by Student Support should also be a priority.

I expected a much higher standard of professionalism, communication, and customer service from Arden University.

Unfortunately, today’s experience fell well below those expectations, and I sincerely hope that the University will review its procedures to ensure that future students do not experience similar inconveniences.

I am very happy with my experience at this university. The teachers are supportive, professional, and always willing to help. The lessons are interesting, and the learning platform is easy to use. I have gained useful knowledge and skills that will help me in my future career. I would recommend this university to anyone looking for a flexible and supportive place to study.

As an online student and full time worker, I thought Arden was exceptional at accommodating me but also providing exceptional quality and standard of work. The process was clear and in times of need there was always someone I could talk to for assistance. I highly recommend!!

I am calling at the moment when writing review, they are not picking calls and disconnected after full ring. I am waiting and trying but no one answering. Wanted to inquire about admission rules for international student as got email that not giving admission to certain state students.

Studying anything in this university is a waste of time and money. Even the careers team and other facilities are not very helpful. They may not be helpful for students who are not mature. As not mature students need clubs and societies and networking events to join which can help them gain both soft and hard skills. Also help become visible in LinkedIN. This university should not accept students that are not very old or MATURE.

The new building is… new. However, the administration is extremely poor. Student Support, Attendance Team, etc.

At first, there were certain rules, but they have now been drastically changed. Previously, once you were given your timetable for the whole year, it remained the same — Arden even emphasised this. Now, with the new building, there is a new timetable, although I had already organised my schedule at the start of the year based on what was originally provided.

If you want to switch to a more convenient time, it is simply not possible.

Before, the material was taught properly, and around week 8, you were told that, if you wished, you could present a draft of your assignment. Now, by around week 4, it is already mandatory to have started the assignment and even to present it. How am I supposed to start when the full material for the module has not yet been delivered?

The attendance policy has also been changed. Regardless of the circumstances—such as illness, personal matters, or emergencies—these are still recorded as absences. Nightmare!

In reality, they are just doing whatever they want.

As I said, the building is new, but I would not recommend this university.

I am beyond frustrated with the administration at Arden University (Stratford). We are supposed to start classes next week today is Wednesday there is still no timetable available.
I have tried calling for 20 minutes every single day for the past three days—no one answers. I have sent multiple emails—no one replies. It is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
As a student with a family, children, and work commitments, I cannot just 'wait and see.' We need to plan our lives in advance. The lack of support and the complete silence from the staff is unacceptable. If you value your time and need an organized institution, look elsewhere. Extremely disappointed."
