Today I went in to the location on 1960 to inquire about purchasing a dually truck that I had seen. Spoke with a lady there who was very helpful and she told me to have a seat and wait on the owner Nick. When Nick approached me, he went to straight asking questions about my credit. When I explained to him, I more so want to put down majority of the money down of the total price and finance the rest(since I don't want my credit ran), he quickly said it's nothing he could do and walked away very rudely! If he would have just took the time to see what options we could come up with, I would have most likely ended up paying cash for the truck today. Instead he missed out on a sale, and also pissed me off as a customer. Customer service goes a long way. You never know who your crossing paths with. I wouldn't spend a dime in this establishment!
