New spacious quiet place for students. It's a campus building for BMCC.

Public safety here is terrible and on a power trip for no reason. One is also extremely hostile and needs an immediate psych eval. It's clear they'll hire just anyone. They need to spend more time focusing on protecting students from sexual harassers and creeps than actively keeping students from attending their class.
